Farangutan, Gift owns the land and I own the house, together we own it. How much tax do you pay for a house in your country? If you stop paying taxes, do you still own it? If married and divorced, do you own it, or does the judge decide?

Nothing seems too much trouble for him. JJ & Family are wonderful and genuine people very hard to find anywhere nowadays. The extension on the first Wow so cheap to do all that work. I’ve spent €50K just small refurbished my family home here in Dublin/ Ireland and I’ve done most the work myself. Can’t wait to return to Thailand with my Thai wife I will have to drive down to Rocky Point and have a look and maybe catch up with JJ and have a chat about business. We already have commercial properties in Hua Hin so not to far from there might be a good place to retire beach side.
