    Really excellent basic workout. No choreography anxiety! This one, I can do on days when I have “excuses not to” do the longer and more complicated workouts. 21 minutes. Easily done and easily adjusted to how I’m feeling that day. Thank you Thank you!

    More like this please! I like that it's a little bit longer and it was much easier for me to follow along. On some of your shorter ones it takes me a while to get what you are doing.

    The best thing with Andi is she can teach while we move. I certainly don’t open an exercise video to stand around and waste time while an instructor talks on and on. Thanks Andi !

    I have MS over to years . I'm wheel chair bound but try to follow this faithfully. 👍 I've had Ms for over almost 60 years and I'm now wheelchair bound but I tried to follow this poem Facebook is a great to push my energy and I don't feel nearly as safe as I usually am if I sit all day long thank you for the programNancy Long

    Spring is almost here and I have a spring in my step great work out there have been improvements in my balance the more I do the better the balance thankyou.

    I have a suggestion. When there is an alternative way to doing the exercise, maybe have that option in a corner as I have a little bit of difficulty doing the standing presently and thought it would be good to see the option.

    Love this workout! I am on oxygen and it is tough finding something I can do all the way thru. Getting close on this one, only had to stop once today! Progress! Any chance of more like this?
