I'm 72 and was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. I've been doing your workouts for about a year, and love the variety, and the focus on exercises that strengthen both our muscles and our bones. Some days I do a cardio workout, some days I do strength training. I've tried other presenters' workouts, but I always come back to yours. You're the best!

Do you know what I enjoy about your workouts? is that they are calm! Even though I've left my fitness slide a lot & I've been on a heck of a journey, I'm craving lower impact, calm workouts. I don't want insane music & intensity anymore. I appreciate even though some of your workouts are sneaky tough, they're still calm and I feel like I actually WANT to workout. I deffo want to lift heavier a couple of times a week but the other days, I want something calm and more flowing if that makes sense. Much love to you xxx

Another great full body strength workout - I'll try 2 rounds next time! Loving using weights after completing a short cardio workout beforehand. I can honestly say that at 66 I'm fitter than I have ever been! And now have a programme of 3 strength workouts weekly, alongside the cycling , walking and cardio workouts. I am sure that there are many other subscribers in the same position so thanks for all your great, high quality content, there really is something for everyone! X

I have always had a weak lower back. It is sort of swayed out a lot at the bottom of my spine, so I've never felt comfortable; I always tuck my pelvis in when I stand or walk. So... we'll see how it goes. I better not quit trying! Today marks day one. My hips feel sore already just from what I did here! I guess I'm in poor shape. Could be worse. Day 1. Can't give up yet! Lol Thanks again.

I've been doing your various workouts for several months and find there is always a new one to try. Keeps me engaged. The isometrics are very good to add to the usual cardio I do. I can tell I'm getting stronger and moving up the weights with a mix of 2.5 and 5# . Shoulder issues are resolving and I have much more range now. Thank you, Lauren!

I was so happy I was able to finally do this workout today without the setback of hurting my knee again doing too much too soon. After 3 weeks of seated I got it done and loved it. I am still going to do a seated tomorrow because I don’t need a setback again.
I'm applauding you - can you hear it?! I did do the 2nd round, and loved the feeling of a full workout. I used 5 pound dumbbells too, really felt it when we did the lateral raise. I really benefited drom the advice duing the split deadlift move to press into the floor and put the weight into the heel. It's amazing how a simple looking move and light dumbbells can be so effective! And that straight leg lift! Oh my - I thought I was in pretty good shape! Thank you so very much.

Hi Lauren. You did it again. Another perfect workout. I've been battling a head cold since last Sunday. But I want to keep moving. A few days, I took your suggestion and did an easy walk outside. Yesterday, I did one of your 30 min cardio workouts. I knew I was due for weights, and here it was. I only did it once, because I'm not at 100% yet.
