    Been walking with Andi several times a week doing her 1000 steops in 10 minutes and still enjoyed the snow covered mountain top. Was glad to see this new video and it is a good pace for me (I was sweating towards the end) and her smile and good humor is so infectious. Thanx Andi

    I really enjoy this workout. Andi's the best. I like that she has hand movements to show what the next move will be along with "Listen", gets your attention that there's a change. When I first started and because I had a weak core, my back would be killing me during the workout. But after 2 weeks, I'm happy to say that is no longer an issue. I have lost weight and areas are tightening up so thank you Andi and Silver Sneakers!

    I have been walking with Andi for 5 or 6 days a week for about a year now I love this 30 minute walk video. Her humor , nice smile and encouraging words make it fun . Thank you Andi

    I love these videos. They are for seniors and also for anyone who is in shape who is not feeling well. We all cannot do extreme exercises every day and it probably is not healthy to do that. Thank you so much Silver Sneakers! I am a true fan.

    Have had my great granddaughter for a couple weeks so unable to get my regular daily outside walk. This has been great to keep me in shape til I can get back outside next week. I did it it seated today. Way harder!

    Tqvm Andi.. Just discovered yr channel., and I love what I've discovered. I did it alright, but a little clumsy. It's like being first day in school. Some of the moves are new to me. But it's alright and I love it.,a breath of fresh air. Tqvm for the video. Will lookout for yr other videos. Have a nice day today as much as I do.

    Sooo glad I stopped by I was able to get started sitting in my chair but boyyy can't wait to see the growth thanks a bunch I live in chronic pain and have gained a few in my old age and been really depressed about it 🙃

    First time doing this workout. I really enjoyed it! However, towards the end we repeated on the right side too much. When I do this again I'm going to alternate right/left.

    Have done this workout many times. However this morning (4-3-2023) when i tried to do the workout, the music has been changed to music that does not match what is happening on the screen. Not sure why this happened. I could not keep the rhythm and actually stopped doing the routine. Not good and messed up a great workout.

    I love the workouts and the possibility of getting a walk in when it's raining, but this generic music is somewhat lame. Sorry. I'm 68, not 88😊
