    Well now is the time at 55, I quit smoking a year ago and since, have gained 20lbs and I feel it. My motivation is to be a healthier me and with these workouts I can do it thanks.

    I love this chanel, and I love this routine, and many others. Thanks for the challenge, its important to know your limits, but try to remember that age it's only a number. I'm 72, after this I feel I'm 55. Thank you and many blessings from México.

    Loved the work out I am 71 and did more than the time you set. But I don't understand about losing Belly fat . I am female and this is an issue. I am at my ideal weight but have the dreaded Belly fat!!! I exercise regularly. Can you explain please?

    ugh - I like this lady and this routine but the background "music" electric guitar is so irritating I have to turn off the volume. ESPECIALLY annoying when she's talking. C'mon Silver Sneakers - you can do better on all your videos. Give us some real 60's and 70's music NOT electronic buzzing NOISE! Once I get my energy up I'll be switching to some other channels.
