I love your short workouts! The music is great and the videos are short enough that I can do them everyday. When I’m feeling lazy, I simply push myself to move it, assuring myself that it’ll take a mere 15 minutes and I get to listen to good music as a bonus. I started with your arm videos and have now tried several of the 15 minutes ones. Even if I go a tad slower than you, I still feel the burn. Your exercises work great but consistency, good form, and sensible eating are part of the whole thing. I’m over 60 and I am motivated to maintain an exercise regimen if I hope to remain mobile for many more years. Keep up the good work!

@@Study-s6c I don't have a scale at home but I used one before two months I lost about 10 kg my weight was 88.8 still have to lose more cuz I have stomach fat if I had a scale I would tell exactly how I lost but I started seeing the difference in clothes

It would be great if you do a workout for growing or strengthening hips legs and butt ? there are lots of people like me. ☺☺

Dear Mizi,absolutely love your workouts,but I have noticed,that they are ALL longer,than the estimated time,some a minute,others even a bit more,I think I've already mentioned it once,but then I started to motice it at the other workouts as well,so ,please keep that in mind for future ones!
