There are so many fitness channels on TH-cam but what makes your videos stand out is 1) the music, 2)you don't advertise or speak 3) the workouts are accessible for all and no risk of injuries 4) Your sincerity and positive energy, and most of all- I never feel like I am exercising! i think the toughest thing about working out is starting and getting motivated enough to endure how much it hurts in order to see results. There are some users on your videos who comment about how your exercises aren't doing anything for them etc, but the most important thing is getting moving, doing it and breathing properly and having fun. To be honest, having fun and feeling like you're dancing releases endorphins and you are bound to look/feel better than not doing anything at all. Love you Mizi, thank you so so much for everything. I have a full library of all kinds of workouts but most are 10 to fifteen minutes. I can easily do your 30 minute workouts because they are not hard on my knees. Love it!❤

This is second day of exercise , today i did it whole 35 minutes workout i feel like dieing and exhausted ,some dizziness, sheving too but at the and it worth it . I'm not gonna lie but i took 1 min break after 21 min 😅 workout. I took more 4 time 1 minute break 😅. But i finesh the whole workout .i want to ask something can i drink water between the exercise.

Hi Mizi, thanks for your videos! My right arm and shoulder are a lot less flexible than my left...probably due to being right handed and doing a lot of stationary desk work. My right scapula is so tight, and sometimes even light weights cause pain my right bicep and forearm (no problem on my left). I've noticed that putting more strength in my fingers during floorwork alleviates my arm pain. Could you please create a workout for strengthening hands and fingers? Thank you!
