I've been doing a couple of Tasha's work outs and I'll be honest? They're my favorite. They're both challenging in a way I wasn't used to, they hurt (in the good way) and they're fun. Thank you Tasha, you're making me rediscover the joys of fitness again!

This workout is perfect. Great warmup and cooldown. The instruction was informative and concise. It is so nice to do a strength workout that is not moving so fast, just focusing on the work that needs to be done. Well done.

Got this saved for tomorrow morning! Edit: Done! Thanks Tasha! I particularly liked the mix of warm up exercises, some different ones too, which were great. An enjoyable warm up, usually sucks me in to staying for a workout.
I was about to do day 3 of the FB Fit programme, and realized I've been doing that same day 3 upper body workout for at least two years, lmao. So I decided to look for another one and look at this! What a gem! Love it so much 💜

I appreciate the workouts with multiple sets as well as isolated limb sets because I only have 1 adjustable weight and workouts like this prevent me from having to do the whole thing twice through so thank you!
I think it's safe to say I'm addicted to working out with Tasha now! I didn't think I had 45 minutes to give, but I wanted to try this one and made the time. The variety of moves are fun and I don't find the repetition of circuts boring at all, it's fun to see how I do the second go!
I was so happy to see this upper body strength training workout. Thank you so much, I truly enjoyed it. I hope to see new lower body strength training for more fun!
This was awesome Tasha! A lot of upper body strength workouts have a tendency to be not always very safe for beginners because free weights require you to be super careful of form, but you did a splendid job walking through the form, what you should look for, feel, and do. Along with that the movements were kept very simple. Can’t wait to do it again! And thank you for doing it twice through for us, you must have slept well after filming this 😂
I've been wanting to incorporate weight into my workout within a small time frame and boy did this fit in quite nicely. I could feel the fat crying 🙂 I loved it.
LOVE this arm workout. Scaption moves and lateral raises are definitely an awkward movement and typically I prefer 6 lbs for those, but I was able to do 8 lbs for the bicep curl/ lateral exercise. I'm hoping that means I'm getting stronger 😄🥰
Please tell us the pounds I am not familiar with kilos...It is also helpful if you always start by telling us what you consider medium high etc. and what weight you are using...so I can gage what is good for me.Thanks for explaining the correct postures and modifications...Keep up your excellent way guiding us.

Good workout. I just don't like when they start counting the routine, clocks...if it is feeling like a pain for them, makes it harder for me to keep going.

Those made me feel horrible about myself so I skipped the second set, which I have never done before in like 5 years of fitness blender. Please don’t include these often, it was very disheartening.
Should be showing the low impact option first as it comes way too late and everyone can do the low impact one then switch to the higher impact when shown. Just a suggestion.
