Hi Sophie, I have a question that I always thinking about. Is that okay if we train the glutes twice a week + one day of quads and calves focus? Or just train our lower body twice a week (glutes + hams and quads and calves). Thank you and love you❤️
yes, some hamstring! they dont get enough attention or love, i agree, and they're one of my favorite muscle groups , especially aesthetically speaking! thank you for your content. ily
Great video, I really appreciate your breakdown the exercise and explaining "why" and going into details of posture, not just providing a statement. Great job 👍💪
Sophie your explanation for the Romanian Deadlift is fantastic. They are tips that are usually brushed over (like if you go TOO low thats when the back takes over = no good). Most the time it's just "don't use your back" and that's not really helpful. Also even to say don't lock out at the tops... basically keep the tension... is crucial too. I love this video and will be recommending it to everyone. Thank you times a million
Never thought about most of these. My hams are definitely my most stubborn part. Loved this video Sophie. You are my favorite! Also, your core is sooo potent, you have wonderful posture.
Hi I love your work out this morning. I will be attempting this on Saturday. I love the colour of your Gym shark outfit. Please could you share the colour and which range it’s from ? I would appreciate your help. Many thanks 🌼
the tips were really helpful thankyouu!! esp the deadlift one i always wondered why i feel it more in my lower back its because I go lower with the bar instead of stopping earlier, appreciate for the tips !!
Great tips as always Sophie , thx very much / erg bedankt schatje 🙌🏼😘, where can I find shoes as you are wearing / waar kan ik deze ( flat sole) schoenen vinden ?
I have always struggled with the Romanian deadlifts. Thank you for the tips, I’ll make sure to remember them in my next workout and hopefully this time I will not abuse my lower back.
Thanks for this video. Really informative and helpful. Can you do a video about back? I always had problem when using the cable row for back. Thank you so much
I really appreciate your content. Please could you consider doing more abs videos? A combination of diet and exercise would be perfect. P.S. I’m a huge fan ❤️💙
Sophie you’re my favourite~! I love your vibe. You’re so natural and you have such a great physique! Definitely aspire to get myself somewhere similar. Thanks so much for your detailed videos! 💗✨🙏🏻
Thank you for this video, hamstrings shouls receive more love indeed! I was curious about your weekly training split, when you want to build mass vs maintain, what you focus more on etc.
Can you please do this for Quads? I feel like as women we get so much info on the back of our legs and butt, but then we miss out on the other side and surely that isn't good for our body balance?
How do I get the “6 pack” abs? I do workout 5/6 days. I’m very active at the gym and do plank and abs every time. But I’m not seeing the “6 pack” look. What do you recommend? Also LOVED this video. I do a lot of hamstring workouts and these suggestions were very helpful
Hi Sophie! I was wondering if you also know how to train the well-known (or maybe not so well-known) "banana rolls" right under your butt? It is something I am very insecure about, and I can not find any video's or tips to train them away. I hope you can help me out! Love your video's!
Hey! Would you be able to do a video that targets each muscle group (glutes, legs, arms, abs, cardio) and how what kind of exercises we should for each group to get the best results? Love your videos! Thank you so much :)
OHH MYYY GAWWDD!! I never do deadlifts because I always felt pain in my lower back!! I always tried so hard to work on my form and thought I was doing everything right and it would stilll hurt!! Thank you so muchfor explaining that !! 😭 I always thought I had to touch the ground. This makes me so happy 🤍 thank you 💞💞
Informative, to the point and great personality! You are fast becoming one of my fav fitness influencers! Also, I just did hams yesterday and was wondering why people are neglecting them. It greatly reduces the cellulite (if you have) on your legs!
I always get a really stiff low back when I do deadlifts. Anytime I bend over too long my back almost feels like it gets stuck. Probably the bulging disks
I dont know about anyone else but I dont really like the music in these videos. your voice is so quiet so I need to put the volume up then the music is so loud and I have to put volume down
just uploaded a new AB workout on my follow along channel❤️ th-cam.com/video/AzNvXrcd6NU/w-d-xo.html come join me!!❤️❤️

The last exercise you showed always makes my mid back hurt afterwards. Do you know what I can do to fix that? Thank you!
I don't have mind to muscle connection with my hamstrings. Gonna try that exercise ball isolation next time I am at the gym!

fantastic👋S'abonner merci👍💪
Totally agree .. hamstring’s is going to be the new orange 🤘🦵#hamstrings2022
deadlifts irritate my back so i don’t do them :( i also never feel it in the right place it feels easy like i can do it for hours without get tired
💛
You’re actually doing stiff leg deadlifts without touching the floor. RDLs start from the top.
The bass in that gym makes me feel like I'm at a rave
I dont know about anyone else but I dont really like the music in these videos. your voice is so quiet so I need to put the volume up then the music is so loud and I have to put volume down
Agree, the music is way too loud and jarring
Same
thank you goddess, i missed you......... much love.........
Dang woman, your shoulders are ripped!
