    Mam..can you pls help me in my diet plan..my height is 5.2 and weight in 75 kg. I always avoid breakfast since past 12 years. In lunch i take only 3 chapatis with a very small quantity of vegetable and then in dinner again 3 chapattis with good quantity of daal. I hate fruits so i avoid them too. And i avoid fast food as well but some time i eat that. Plz help me

      Welcome. It depends on the dishes but usually I prefer olive oil for salads, ghee or kachhi ghani mustard oil for cooking daily meals. Sometimes, virgin coconut oil for preparing South Indian dishes. Hope this helps:)
