Hello everyone! Your favourite workout youtuber is back! 🎉😂 with another routine! I bet many people out there have similiar concern such wanted to reduce their side fat or love handles! This 10 min routine mainly focus to on that AREA! My suggestion if you want to see fast results, do this everyday! Its just 10min! ❤ and for 2 weeks let me know your results! As usual! Comment on here when you completed the workout day by day so other people can see your journey! ❤🎉
I tried this routine for a few days and I had amazing results. But due to my working scedule I missed doing this for a few weeks. So I thought of starting it again and keep posting my results here. Day 1 ✅: Wasn't hard (maybe cuz I have done this before) but I felt the stretching of my muscles. Day 2 ✅: A little bit hard because of the muscle soreness. This might not be due to yesterday's workout but because I also do exercises for belly fat reduction. Day 3 ✅: Done!! Was able to finish quite easily. I am feeling the pain in my sides.
Definitely gets your heart pumping 💗 , after one day you start feeling the pain , no pain , no gain. It works just have to be consistent. I am always skeptical about videos, if they actually work , to he honest most will with consistency. . This one though is actually really good and really works .
Day 02 of the August workout plan : Done ✅✅ Yeay!! Now I don't feel those 20 minutes at all ( earlier i used to die telling that workouts are too long😂😂) Anyway thank you Mizi❤❤

Combined this with other 45 minutes Workout + 10 floor/mat Abs + 6 Minutes floor/mat Abs Workout (Twice!) - feels good! Abs and side are absolutely shredded and pumped! Super exhausted lol 😅💦 😴
