    Thank you, David. I cried as I did this class, pushing the anxiety out, allowing good to come in. It's hard to live with anxiety but I feel a little better because of this video. You have helped me so much today. Namaste.

      Same for me. I felt very peaceful by the end which brought more tears because I cant remember the last time I felt peaceful.

    Bless you David. I have enjoyed this release of anxiety and depression, and the focus on self-care and self-appreciation. This has been a healing routine for me today. I especially appreciate the "self hug" pose toward the end of the video. Sending you tender man hugs.

    I was really stressed this morning. I felt like I was going to start having arrhythmias in my heart. As I started these exercises the stress stayed with me awhile but as I kept doing the breathing and following your direction eventually my whole body relaxed and now I feel wonderful. Thank you so much!

    Thank you so much for making a video for anxiety and depression. Just a little thought though. When I'm really anxious, it's actually helpful for me to move a little bit before breathing. I can't breathe at first, which is part of why it's hard to pull out of the anxiety. Would be wonderful to have a video with gentle stretches first that led into the breathing. I'm sure this would be a great video for people who are not yet in that anxious state. Thanks!

    Here I am again David - needed this today but I have a problem with the breathing, I find myself feeling oozy - what am I doing wrong?
    I’m enjoying Josh Chan classes too, the pace is perfect and I’d like more please 🙏
