    Thank you! I was experiencing difficult emotions today. Now after half an hour practicing this class, I feel a lot better. I will do it again tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow, as you said. Bless you and your ashram! Thank you so much. ❤😊

    So hard to bring myself to the mat, but feeling much better afterwards. Will try to do this daily. Could you write the Sanskrit words for: I am self healer please? I would like to speak them along with you. Hari om from Germany 🙏

      Namaste, Absolutely, we understand that getting to the mat can sometimes be a challenge, but it's wonderful to hear that you feel better afterward. Consistency can make a significant difference in establishing a routine in your sadhana.
      For "I am a self-healer" in Sanskrit, you can say:
      - "Aham Arogyam Bhavami"

    Sir. I cannot sit with crossed leg on ground. Can i sit on chair only for the crossed leg pose?
