I keep coming back to this one, because it's the best restorative/yin yoga video I've come across so far. There's not too many hour long ones. Just the right amount of talking, and the fact that it was recorded on Vancouver Island, one of my favourite places, is icing on the cake.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for this fantastic class (and setting!) I am an older person with multiple health issues and I haven't done yoga for years. I used to do a modified therapeutic yoga (Iyengar based) and your class reminds me of the instructions my doctor gave us (he was a senior teacher). Now I'm away from Canada and have no access to this healing practice. I've checked several videos, and I even found the MBSR yoga instructions are too fast for the state I'm now. You' re a fantastic, sensitively aware teacher, very generous of you to share this - literally -"life saver"!! Bless you, Melissa!

Hi, i absolutely loved that practice, so beautifully, eloquently, kindly delivered. I am in my process of balancing my imbalanced dosas (excessive vata!!), have just been signed off early from a contemporary dance degree (I've graduated!) that lead me to some quite destructive, tiring and spiky routines and choices. I am very much enthusiastic about wellbeing and holistic lifestyle choices, and bodywork on this level is so ultimately restorative for my system. Again, beautifully delivered, thank you!
