    Your yoga practices are my most favorite of all of TH-cam. THANK YOU! There's way too much power yoga out there and not enough stretchy yoga, which is what most of us need. If I want cardio I'll do kickboxing, not power yoga. Please make more! :D

    This guy gets it! I’m not a yoga beginner but I tweeked my lower back playing my sport. This session is a great help to getting me back to normal movement.

    I can't recommend your lower back pain and sciatica relief videos enough! Since 4 years I am pain free and feel so much stronger through my daily yoga practice focusing on back at first and then moving into all other styles. Thank you 🙏🌼🌻🌼

    I've been doing your yoga for sciatica and haha yoga therapy for lower back regularly, they always give me relief from back pain. Since I've had kids though, I've realised I really need to strengthen as well as stretch. These two videos for lower back are the perfect combination of stretching and strengthening. Thank you so much, I love the pace and tone and they have helped me make yoga a daily practice.

    David my hamstrings are very tight to the point where stretching is very challenging for me now.

      I've had a sore lower back for a fews days and suffer from it regularly. After doing this sequence this morning, my pain totally disappeared and hasn't returned all day. Can't wait to do part 2! Thank you!
