- Here's what I ate on the very last day of my bulk! I went in detail to show you what I ate and why I eat it in order to build as much muscle as possible. I hope this gives you some insight & allows you to take some tips over to your own diet! I also laid out my competition plans for the year. (Don't copy me exactly, these are my own individual caloric and dietary need)

Even if subtract your caramel cakes, bro, to get 100g of carbs you need to cook 140g of raw rice. And it's going to be around half a kilo of boiled rice

4000 calories gets to be a lot to eat after a while, I got up to 4,500 calories a day while doing a bulking experiment on myself this past year and the last 2 months were rough.
I've always felt the has to much caffeine. As one of our corporate personnel execs would say. "Slow down. You're talking past everyone." 🤣

Deload should be taked at every 7 weeks, and should be half intensity of the week number 6. Came back to week one stronger. I prefer to track loading with rir, and at every few mounths, 10 days rest total from training. Deload is very important, is dangerous to stay at the top for too long. Anyway, is working for me, hope to help somebody

Any reason for not having in more fruit? Seems like on a bulk when you have the extra calories to enjoy, just from nutrition standpoint alone having some fruit in the diet should be beneficial. But good stuff , not hating just asking don't get me wrong, keep up the work! :D
