Met Shaun at a few natty shows years ago and he eas genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. Glad to see him doing so well both career wise and personally

Roll into your local Costco, buy like 500 plates for what, $10 bucks? No dishes, no soap, no water and most importantly, saving time, even if it's like 2 minutes. Maybe it's a hygiene thing, who knows. As long as it works for him, who cares..

I agree for sure- but I do understand and relate to Shaun's approach to nutrition a bit more personally. When I completed I was a student or was working full time with a hectic travel schedule so flavor wasn't always the main priority. If you are able to find the cooking part of bodybuilding fun that's a great hobby to take up and make everyone in the family happy!

I used to be 143 kgs, now I am at around 72-75 and I don't mind eating the same stuff every day; be it grilled chicken and boiled potatoes with the skin and some salad and boiled eggs and fruit etc. Plus, iI add spices and herbs and tabasco and my food is tasty. I feel good and I got no reason to feel sorry about it :). I only wish my autoimmune from which I've been suffering from since mid-September gets better; I wish to get back into training and not just going for walks.

I wonder, maybe its the height and weight calculation? I'd think Shaun would eat 4k plus for an off season. I guess last year he was too big so he's sizing down and keeping tight.👍
something Shaun should think about is to think about his bubble gut... and fix that... and start doing vacuum training... to get rid of that distended bubble gut looks f-ing awful!
I’ve noticed when working out and eating after hard sessions eating is a workout in itself. Mornings after vitamins and shake those next two “small” meals are easy but filling so yeah they seem small but it’s a whole job…but this guy is tripling my amount smh wild
@muscleandstrength yups! Bodybuilders catch a bad rap sometimes but what people don't see is the dedication to their boring diet (and LOTS of it) and the hard work they put in. People can say what they want, but not everyone can be like this dude or guys like Kai Greene, Arnold, coleman and other greats who paved the way.
Get a baseline ecg and stres echo. Your heart must be growing very large and check the cardiac output. For your own safety and longevity. No judgment but just good sound advice.
Great video. A full day of eating videos are an extreme anomaly for the Giant Killer. If I was a betting man, I would probably bet he's not a big fan of them. 😂
Turkey before workout is the worst! Be aware turkey meat can make you sleepy and no matter how much pre workout supplements you take it won't be enough.
