You do not do mini-cuts to get shredded, but to potentiate future mass gains. What allows you to cut so much calories, so agressively, in a mini-cut is the fact that you do it in-between mass-gain phases. If your goal is to lose fat and keep it off, and to not rebound, you probably shouldn't do a mini cut.
That creami recipe is diabolical.. Can i give you a blueberry frozen greek yogurt recipe? 150grams fairlife 2% 120grams blueberries. Blend together into the milk 5.3OZ litefit blueberrie nonfat greek yogurt.(They come pre-portioned) 10grams of your choice of no-calorie sweetener Little salt You can swap any fruit you want with this recipe & its great. Ive done strawberry, banana, & apples. You can add vanilla extract & sugar free pudding mix if you feel like you need it.
I haven’t for chips but they’d likely not be very good because corn tortillas are most similar to tortilla chips. Also carb balance tortillas make my stomach do summersaults lmao
Im on prep, what do you recommend as the last meal in regards to macros, high carb/low carb, high protein/low protein, fats? Obviously everyone’s different but what do you typically follow! Or just throughout your entire day how do you structure your macros

Cardio won’t magically shed fat, it’ll just increase your caloric expenditure for the day, but it’s never a bad idea to do some on the bulk for general health
