He's changed the game for me. I was stuck at 130 pounds for 3 years. His simple carb up and lift heavy followed by light squeezing rule has got me up to 167. I thought protein made you stronger but once I started to eat oatmeal like a maniac I started to get stronger so quick. I can do the entire stack for tricep press my arms look disgusting with a pump. Veins pop out of the inside of my triceps and biceps. Sam deserves all the love

Fairlife is good but when I find it the Lactaid protein milk, not much difference of calories and protein 14g 😂 but I swear it's the best tasting milk I've ever had. The fairlife chocolate milk now that's my favorite 😂
The comment towards the end about being excited to go to the gym, or the routine of eating, it really struck me. I started going to the gym in June for the first time in my life (I'm a 35 year old gal, who has always been small and weak) and I have been thriving in my new found routine, I love the diet and going to the gym, I love how it's making me feel, I'm loving seeing the progress in my arms and shoulders. 13:22 usually i rest about 2-4 minutes between sets in upper body workouts because thats what i find most optimal for a working set because if i rest less than that ill get 3-4 reps short than my last set where im actually pushing myself to failure & getting a good squeeze in but my goodness does my lower body need nearly twice as much time. anyways to each their own especially if its working, love ya sam

Im currently on my second bulk. This time around I am aiming to gain half a pound a week. I’m gaining the weight, but my belly seems to be the only thing that’s growing. I’m training hard in the gym and progressive overloading. Why is my stomach the only thing growing? Is it the foods I’m eating? I don’t eat junk.
