Question: I'm currently eating around 1800-2000 calories, 175 g protein on a cut. I'm also walking around 17000-20000 steps a day and burning around 3600-4000 calories a day. I'm noticing I'm losing around 2 IBS a week but also losing a little strength. Should I increase my macros/carbs? And am I setting myself up for failure when I bulk and cut again by being in such a deficit?
2 lbs a week is fine, you just can’t stay in this kind of aggressive cut for a long time. probably only about 4-6 weeks. it also depends on how much u weigh

How long have u been dieting ?
If longer than 6-8 weeks I suggest a 2 weeks maintenance or diet break … let ur body rest and recover up keep training hard then dig again
