    I've been depressed about my body lately and working out has never been a 'pick me up'. I tried this and I made it through the thirty minutes without crying! I did a low energy version, but at least I moved.Thanks for the small win.

    I just did this in front of my mirror and I was giggling away, embarrassed and so out of rythm and just being a whole mess but I've literally never had so much fun working out. I really really loved every second of it and feel like I made a really amazing memory with myself 💙
    p.s. I'm really hoping to become a better dancer with the help of this channel hehe

      Wow, I must really be a moron when it comes to dance learning because I found it very hard to follow. Gave up and did similar moves at many points just to keep my heart rate up.

      @@RidleyJones me too. Stop the workout in the middle from frasturating. The slow step before the fast ones are complicated for me(never danced hip-hop before and the video says all levels..)

    I did this workout today it was so amazing, I m nt a professional dancer but a good dancer otherwise but still it was a Lil difficult for me and the instructions could be better and also for beginners who don't know dancing at all it M8 be a Lil difficult
    But one thing is for sure the dance workout was amazing and I loved it ❤️

    Not a dancer, so i was caught off guard when they started doing untutored moves, so i just started swaying awkwardly 😂
    Anyway, at the end, when they complained about cracking knees & back--oh glad to know i'm not the only one! 😂

      Just like with most Zumba moves, their sequences are being repeated!! Do it a few times and you will catch on
