    She is a great teacher. I got all the moves. The workout was more like an annual day school dance. I wished for more dance and burn.

    It’s +35ºC here, I’m melting from the heat and don’t want to do anything at all 🥵 But this beautiful dance workout breathed life into me and made me feel much fresher and more fun 🤩 My faves were the 80s and 60s moves 💫 Thank you so much, Arianna, Rehima and Lilian! 😍

    This work out was perfect for me today when my body is a little sore but I wanted to still get moving. I liked that it was really fun and approachable but don’t let it deceive you. Just because you’re not going super crazy with a lot of jumping jacks doesn’t mean it won’t make you work! I’m sweating buckets but feel energized and upbeat. Thanks for the wonderful work out I loved it! ❤

    So fun🤗 ❤ all the moves for each decade. My faves were the 90s and 60s moves. Hopefully next time after learning each set, we can do a full rundown of all the moves from each decade for fun👍❤️please come back someday with more new moves from each decade again. I like this format👍❤️🙂

    I love this workout and the concept of going through the different time periods. This is an awesome way to have fun and workout at the same time.

    Léanme no se puede entrenar si ella se para a cada rato porque no aguanta. Hasta las bailarinas la miran confundidas. Al final nosotros quemamos 0 calorías y encima nos aburrimos mal.
