I loved this workout for this morning. I always have an « issue » when I do exercises like fire hydrants. The resting leg (the one im on) is the one working more than the one moving. Why is that? Am I the only one ? Do you have any tips to correct this? I hope im clear enough in my explanation 🫣 thank you 🤍🤍
Hi I’m glad you liked that workouts🥰 I understand what you mean. Tips to avoid this: 1. Try to not swing your leg up instead of control the movement and 2. especially the fire hydrant should focus on your glutes…so try to lift your leg really with your glute muscle. It has a lot to do with the muscle mind connection, just takes practice.❤️
I felt like my legs were going to fall off. My legs were so sore. They were throbbing all over my body. But I liked it because it was good for torturing myself.😅
