    OH wow you have 2 more Workouts. WIll get them done this week. Had shoulder surgery in March and the warm up gets the arm working better.
    One of my tasks is to get both arms up for the Block. Good Therapy.

    Great stuff thanks as always - any intention to bring the longer practices any time? I use the 45 min one often but would be great if you could make a 1 hour or even longer one one day 😀

      I'm doing the 45 min one tomorrow- immediately followed by the same one mirroring everything (switch everything from left to right except the stance)
