    Great workout!! Love the difficulty explained simply. Love it! I’ve increased my fitness level so much. These classes are Hard but I love them

    i love these videos thumbs up and subbed. my only complaint is this vid in particular had 6-8 ads play throughout the workout :( i just pushed through it. ads at the beginning are understandable. its just the ones in the middle that are inconvenient
