I've worked out on traditional heavy bags th-cam.com/users/postUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

Sean you are the man!! I have a standing bag (for now) what I took away from this video is the importance of moving with the bag. I have sparring experience and can tell you first hand the vast difference between bag working and live sparring. I must admit during my workouts I am notorious for becoming a statue and blasting away. I have spent thousands on gym memberships and years of my life throu the gracie family, however I have learned many valuable lessons in just these 13 (14 if you count the redo at the end) lessons. Specifically the notation of the fact that the fighter is going to predict the first two or three moves so you really don't start landing or implementing your strike plan until the fourth move. That alone blew my f***ing mind! That's why I've been getting my ars kicked and feely like I've been hitting a brick wall. In training I excel. In sparring I suck. Mental training is what I've been lacking in. Thank you so much for the wisdom youve passed along! Here's to the next chapter of my training 🍺!!!

I usually use 10oz gloves for most things
