The problem with ojas is that when it get extremely low, you can’t muster up the energy to create more. This is a hellish cycle and requires outside assistance.

Thank you very much John for your video. As you embrace the ayurvedic science and, as far as I know, it doesn't promote raw diet , I a bit confused about this controversial theme. Should we avoid raw food to produce ojas? Can you pls bring some clarity on it? Thank you 🙏🏽

there are foods that immediatelly replenish your ojas - cow milk, ghee oil, bananas and probably honey(not sure about the last one). You dont have to wait 30 days, this foods nourish your ojas few hours/days after being eaten/drank

I think its silly to try to correspond ojas to a specific chemical. However my own experience in consulting with this Dr was that it was the one and only time that a specific family member said how healthy I was looking was when I was following his instructions.

Noticed his skin looks weird. Almost like a tan outline around his face and eyes. Looks like maybe to much Ojas

He is like 62 years old. I would say that he looks pretty fantastic for 62 despite looking slightly orange in this video.
