    I have to respectfully disagree with you, Dr. Douillard. Only animal protein is a complete protein. It is highly superior to plant protein as it is much more easily absorbed because there is no interference by plant toxins, such as lectins, phenols, glutens, etc. There is no need for factory produced protein powders if one simply consumes eggs, meats, fish and dairy as the preferred source of daily protein. 🙂
