    1. Fenugreek, fennel, turmeric with meals
    2. Beet, Apple, celery juice for bile
    3. Good fats like chia, flax, coconut oil, ghee, if you can digest them
    4. Lymph movement with hydration and exercise, leafy greens, dye foods like berries, cherries, etc
    5. Eat seasonal natural whole foods to reset microbiome
    6. Stomach acid after correcting bile production using ginger, cumin, fennel, corriander and cardamom with meals. Drink water half hr before meal.

What I like about this doctor is that he truly understands what causes a faulty digestive system. Usually, we wouldn't get this kind of answers and solutions from regular M.D.'s. Thank God for people like Dr. John Douillard. God bless this man.

Every other Doctor on TH-cam is overconfident and short-sighted. They usually fixate on one thing being the cause of everything. Or just have an incomplete understanding of the body with limited answers as to the root cause of imbalance. Ayurvedically trained Doctors are simply the Doctors of the future, and John is one of the best I've seen.

I feel like you are such a genuine doctor, you seem to truly care about the health of society. You are a mountain of knowledge and really clear cut, but it’s also nice that you aren’t constantly trying to sell things or yourself, you give knowledge for the sake of giving ... 🙏🏽

This has connected so many dots for me.
Why I'm going into a food coma after eating a simple meal.
Why my stomach hurts after eating
Why I feel better after drinking juiced cabbage, carrot, Apple and beetroot .
WHY I WAS IN BED FOR 3 DAYS when I tried to go KETO. My body isn't breaking down fat! My lymphatic system isn't able to use the fat as energy!!!!
Why my stomach is alkaline in the first place
All my food sensitivities and skin problems.
    Crazy.
I went to a gastroenterologist when my problems were much less than what they are now and she goes "we really don't understand the digestive system very well". I felt doomed. And now I realise it's wilful ignorance. Smh.

I’ve found that taking regular baths in body temperature water & epsom salts has hydrated me a million times better than drinking water alone ever did. I honestly don’t know how I went so long without taking baths. Soaking the body in water is absolutely crucial to adequate hydration as far as I’m concerned. Showers just don’t cut it.

Thank you for all these informations.
I am a biology student and I research a lot because I had stomach problems and skin problems. I believe they are related. Also I think that the body type and the position of the body is an important issue for the digestion. I mean we eat seated and we lean forward. This position cause digestion problems. My legs are long and my abdomen part of my body is shorter than a normal person ratio. And as my abdomen part is shorter I get more effected by this leaning forward action.
This is my opinion I think that standing straight while eating and after eating is essential for digestion. Also there should be a correct sleeping position for the intestines to be able to clean themselves properly at night. What do you think? Do you belive my logic about eating position is right?

I love your hokistic aproach. Majority of doctors should be arrested and throw into prison for mistreating their patients.
Some of the staff you are saying I heard before and started using with positife effects. Just hydration makes a big deferance not to mention the rest of the things you mentioned.
I would add getting rid off eating between meals and chicory and dandeline leafs.

This video suffers from what I see very often all over you tube, which is that they throw at you all kinds of things you can consume to help you resolve issues but not often a hint on best times to consume this things, with or without food, etc. Not only that, but also no consideration either on how the "fix" can bring it's own problems. Such as curcumin possibly giving you ulcers and apples fermenting in your stomach and so forth and so on. I think digestive issues are the most complicated to tackle because in my experience, it very much becomes a world of "damn if you, damn if you don't" :-( !

I am really confused about taking water before/after meal
Some say it helps in digestion, some says it dilutes digestion process

    • @rosalyn6940
      @rosalyn6940 3 ปีที่แล้ว

Explains very clearly, drink a big glass of water before your meal. Do not drink during your meals as this dilutes your stomach acids and inhibits a correct digestion. Wait an hour before drinking water after the meal.

That depends on the process of making the herbal tinctures everyone has their own method and most people are following their traditional way which eliminates things that are necessary as you discuss a person's best bet is to learn how to make it themselves and there are other ways to get microbiomes into your body
And there are people like myself who intend to actually start making medicine eventually I'm hoping to have my own apothecary I don't worry about the FDA they should be worried about me because I'm going to change the face as medicine one day this is a 15-year process in the making wounded healer to healer empath
I will take him down shall not killing anyone that does is an accessory so if your money is funding people who are slaughtering animals which are only another face and experience of God it is an Abomination the feeding of the ego versus the will of God your will is ego so now there is no shortcuts and there is no go-arounds or up and over it straight through to the heart to the truth give up all animal products Jesus said that if you eat death then social you become and we do have dominion over the animals we are mammals so if we are cells do not have dominion which means to take care of ourselves then we are unfit to take care of any of the other of God's children because God loves God's Creatures Great and Small in the Bible it says God's creatures not God's humans Dominion means to be caretaker not violator not murderer not Punisher or abuser and definitely not enslaver it's time to work in harmony so when you put your message out there make sure you understand that God is watching you because God is all of us experiencing itself through you that means what you do to others you do unto God and so it shall be done to you
Listen for somebody who is supposed to be intelligent somebody who has gone to school you clearly are not educated enough to be giving advice if you don't eat whole wheat because we is a hybrid and your body doesn't see it as being a whole food It season as a foreign Invader it has 42 chromosomes even the organic variety which is pesticide-free versus the original which is 14 chromosomes get your shit straight man don't be out here giving people half the truth and it's loaded with viruses if it's the commercial variety gluten is not the only problem it's all the other things that are exacerbating and then all of the things that maintain shelf life of those foods which are not even allowed in other countries are still being used here and proven to be toxic grains are not good for your kidneys so I don't know where you got your education or what makes you think that you understand the body and how it functions but you might want to start looking into Alternative Care like traditional Chinese medicine because they have thousands of years and literally it would have cost them their life if they made any grave errors because the emperor would see to their extermination
I don't take you to being egotistical man but you're going to have to learn to be open-minded and learn from others because you aren't the only person on the face of the Earth who has knowledge and you definitely have figured out all the Kinks in there definitely misleading people what do you want to or not
water is a No-No the type of water matters it will dilute your digestive acids try an hour to an hour and a half before meals and only distilled water with a pinch of Himalayan a splash of lemon juice or ginger juice or you can opt out and simply drink pineapple juice which is a digestive Aid and add your Himalayan or Celtic salt to that
You're very vague in the advice that you're getting and most people don't have the ability with their brain fog to even think about raining or trying to digest one of your articles they want it fast we're in a Drive-Thru lifestyle nobody has time for anything everybody's are piranhas all they're trained to do is eat they're going to go for the fastest quickest thing they don't care about your articles they don't have the patience or adrenals are to fatigue burned-out or constantly running where they just can't focus without wanting to murder something this is the only way for you to get through to people and if you're going to do it do it right apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons you can drink that put a pinch of Himalayan or Celtic salt in their 1 hour to an hour and a half before meals that way your digestive system will be ready and kick on telling people to drink regular vinegar and table salt will table salt has aluminum in it that's going to destroy their digestive ability and feed all the parasites that are in their small intestines good God the answer to your question about did I like your video was no because I thought it was half-assed so dandelion root people and milk thistle which will help open up your bile ducts eat foods that healthy production of glutathione on such as asparagus artichokes and such you can do your own research
Beet juice fixes your digestion cleaned your blood and does a whole plethora of other things do some research buy a big batch blend them up with some distilled water save them out put them in an ice cube tray freeze them up and then you can use one or two cubes mixed with other juices in your smoothies or just throw it in your water it'll take some time to get used to it but you'll be fine
