ENFP recently diagnosed at 27 and trialling medication. rebuilding confidence I lost after masking for most of life and embracing the concept of neurodiversity has been empowering on this journey so far. this videos feels God sent. thank you for removing the stigma and making us lately diagnosed women feel understood 💙

I have been following your channel for some time. Came here because of mbti. For some reason.. the videos you've uploaded since i started following you match up all the time with the topics in my own puzzle of life the last years. Thank you so much for your info and perspective! It really helps. I also am in the middle of figuring this out now, signs have been there my entire life (waiting for a test yet). It was masked for quite a long time though, but i struggled a lot myself. Do you think it is often linked with being enfp?

i have “been” an enfp for more than a year and i was diagnosed with adhd a couple weeks ago. YES, even i think that having adhd and being enfp is often mentioned synonymously in the mbti community 😂😂😂 i can’t even say anything about it because it just was true for me, but i don’t think enfp=adhd or vice versa

@@sanchitagolderyes it does match up right?🙂 Well actually I am not typed as an enfp but as an entp. But this video does make me doubt whether that's right. Having ADD and being entp seems less likely to me, but i have to think that through

Wow, I wish you my best in your journey and diagnosis. I am not sure if I could say that there's a link. But many ENFPs have stated in my channel that they are ADHD or that they think they are one.
And very glad to hear that my content is in sync with your journey!💜

As your strengths ... l thought about my life in childhood ..how i was jumping from on place to another in my school..how i used to cry always even if i become the first in tge class ..l use to try different hair style when i was kid (the creativity part) and styling my clothes...

I’m lucky I don’t have it. I think it runs in my family

well-adjusted people with adhd would be very happy that you think you’re “lucky” for not having it. like yeah i know it’s a curse being this funny and cool and empathetic and adventurous and exciting 😩😩 (no srsly idw to romanticise it or anything i just need you to know your comment is hurtful for people like me trying to make their adhd work for them, which is indeed very possible and is not a curse to have)

@@brocklytodd5317 when you say that you feel "lucky not to have it", that paints those who do have it as "unlucky". There are some nasty parts about having inattentive adhd, yes, but there's also a lot of incredible benefits and opportunities that we experience because of it.
