    Yoga always makes me feel better, but sometimes I don’t have the energy or strength to do a long flow. I’m so grateful for short, simple flows like these that I can convince myself to get on my mat for. This flow left me feeling great. Thank you!

      I’d have to say in my journey I’ve learned that when you feel like you don’t have the strength to go long that’s when you go long your body will thank you so much for it

    Thanks Bird. I’ve started doing a little yoga with my wife on weekday evenings. We do it for relaxation. My wife is out doing another activity this evening. Usually I skip those nights, but decided to do this one tonight solo.

    I am healing from iron deficiency anemia, so I do not feel comfortable doing full workouts in the gym again. With your videos I get the perfect amount of movement for the current stage in my journey and they bring me peace. Thank you Bird Even when I am able to complete a full gym workout, I will keep you in my routine!

    Today was my first day doing yoga with Bird, and I more than enjoyed this stretch. The music is so relaxing, and so is her voice. I have been struggling with finding an instructor I really like. The search is over. Thank you for a wonderful experience

    This was really good. In the background audio, i could hear a dog or somebody(me) snoring lol. Never the less, I had a great 15minutes. Thank you and namaste🙏

    It is a joy coming to your channel to relax and do yoga a few times a week.... I love the background music, how you speak just enough for good direction but never overstep yourself into your viewers mind during practice, and how you stay a long time in your poses to really feel out the movement.

    It's a dreary day out today, so I'm ready to get started with everything I need to do, so this was a perfect length of practice. Doing the supine twist that early in the routine is kind of hard for me, but I'm glad you incorporated it in. I needed that stretch.
