  • We hear a lot of lifters advising ''knees out'' in the squat, yes we know why it could be possible solutions to your problem, but here's what we have to say about this cue!

    Very informative video. However I squat with my feet turned out at 45 degs with a medium wide stance. Since the knees must track the toes, wouldnt it create a knees out situation? What kind of potential injury do you foresee with the knees out squat stance?

    Subscribed. This whole cue felt unnatural.(off) to me. i never used it then i did and it messed up my squat. Back to squatting "normal" again. thnx.

    Couldn't DISAGREE more,, by forcing my knees out i CAN hit depth AND use more muscle mass over the longest MOST EFFECTIVE range of motion.
