    Amazing video!! You just sorted my bench press!! I always used to over retract and as a result would always end up with a crooked bar alignment and stiff neck!! Thank you for a great demonstration 💪

    will excessive retraction in the start, lead to anterior shoulder glide and shrugging of upper traps during the eccentric phase of bench?

    When in the bench in the first just think to chest up and using leg drive to make it tight? And when using leg drive the upper doesnt move?

    if we keep forceful retraction during the concentric, does that engage less or more of the rotator cuff on the concentric? And shouldn't the bench be in a j path arc?
