  • There is a reason why it is hard to keep your shoulders depressed when benching, we are going to tell you why.
3 drills have been recommended in this video to help you correct your positioning, improve your shoulder depression and get your movement pattern of the bench press right!

Quick question bro, when you bench press, do you laid on your back delts or your upper traps? Thanks

Great information guys! Retracting and protracting midlift I don't understand the reasoning, though. If you protract on the press you take away from the tension put on the chest and make more of the shoulder, ant serratus, and pec minor press the weight up while loosing the back. Sounds unfavorable during movement.

I thought I was the only one who's traps engage during bench press. The front of my traps look great though.

I only get it in my left trap and now I can even notice how much bigger my left trap is compared to my right ! It looks stupid 😅
