This was my first workout ever. I feel happy and energised and although it was really tough and I had to stop a few times, I’m looking forward to growing my stamina and working out with you. As a young teenager trying to lose fat and gain muscle I think your channel is amazing. There’s workouts for everybody and your shorts are so motivating as well. I hope I can keep that motivation and grow my health, stamina and fitness with you!

After a pretty debilitating lower back injury a month ago I’m finally ready to do gentle exercise. This is perfect. Still a few things I need to modify but the no jumping is super helpful, thank you!!
I struggled so hard during the leg portion and almost gave up (lunges are the worst but thanks to you I can actually do more then 2 in a row) but after the ab portion I feel so strong 💪🏻 so glad I pushed through

Been looking for a non hiit workout and this was perfect. Had to do modifications for the arms and ambs as I couldn't handle it, modified and substituted some leg work, but that's because I'm an ultra runner trying to do more all around workouts. Hopefully I'll get there someday! Thanks for a great workout.
