Love this. I did the first half for 21 days straight plus Kera Lashae dance workouts. Now im doing the second half of this video ! My waist is so defined. ! Size 10 here i come. (I'm a 12 sizer now)

6 months ago I would have never even attempted this workout because of feeling embarrassed about not being able to do the workouts perfectly. Today I had so much fun doing this and while I still need plenty of practice I felt the effects and actually enjoyed it a lot. Will defo be returning to this one!
Victoria Tezangi I always get back to this one, it’s like my body goes like “I recognise this one & I like it” cos I’m generally rubbish at copying NEW moves to the extent that it doesn’t look or feel right, it takes me ages for my muscles to get it right so I skip or rewind a LOT of stuff as it annoys the hell out of me when I have to try around and finish videos half way through when I just can’t get the moves right. After all, I just wanna get on with it and it’s so frustrating when u feel left behind. This one I love though it’s just at my level and I can ACTUALLY complete it without pausing or rewinding every 2 seconds.
Back for this exciting abs workout for ppl who get bored easily.... dayum! This was tiring! I loved how you guys had different workouts ! With all the HIIT and cardio and Pilates and all! so great
Just finished this one! I loved it! Please create more videos like this, with back stretches; arms, chest and shoulders; and, please, something to strengthen the ankle complex and the wrist complex. With all the weight lifting that I am doing with you, I am noticing that those are slowly becoming my weakest points, and without strength in those places I will never be able to do "the wheel" which is my goal for this year. When I try it, I fail miserably, but not because lack of strength in my arms, but because of extreme weakness in my wrist and ankles. Please create a video to strengthen those. Thank you. Kelli, you're really inspiring to me as a fellow eating disorder survivor. I've actually experience a similar healing and bettering of my body image by starting strength training.

I'd love another routine like this! Core work is my least favorite (would rather do strength training any day!), but this routine is so dynamic! I love how I'm not just laying on my back doing "abs" for 30 minutes. The quick tastes of cardio are awesome, I feel so energized, and yet thoroughly worked haha. Love this routine!
Workout complete! I have always wanted a tough, sweaty calorie-burning abs routine. The segments were just long enough to feel a good burn, but not long enough to give up. My favorite Fitness Blender workouts -- so, my next suggestion would be Kickboxing Workout for People who get Bored Easily!

Done! It was fun and wasn't really hard - great workout for lazy days when you don't feel to do brutal HIIT or strength training with dumbbells.
