    I started my 3rd round of FITNESSBLENDER abs 4weeks challenge last week but as it's been around 4 months of almost doing the same stuff I got bored so this was just what I needed to get things interesting while finishing my challenge!

    Love this. I did the first half for 21 days straight plus Kera Lashae dance workouts. Now im doing the second half of this video ! My waist is so defined. ! Size 10 here i come. (I'm a 12 sizer now)

If you mean like training styles there's a bit of pilates, HIIT/cardio, and then it's kind of like bodyweight strength training when you're doing the solely core moves I think...?     Do you know why when I do specific ab workouts my right hip cracks, and is very uncomfortable?? It makes my workout really terrible and hurts! I'm only 18 I don't know why this happens.

    I'd love another routine like this! Core work is my least favorite (would rather do strength training any day!), but this routine is so dynamic! I love how I'm not just laying on my back doing "abs" for 30 minutes. The quick tastes of cardio are awesome, I feel so energized, and yet thoroughly worked haha. Love this routine!

    I absolutely loved this workout! So sweaty and such high intensity without breaks. My abs were burning so much that I’m sure tomorrow I won’t be able to roll outta bed 😂 I did a 25 minute cardio workout after this and omg am I dead.     11/6/22 ✅ still with some modifications; but it helps with focusing on keeping proper form. Plus still sore from yesterday’s lower body strength and pilates workout.
    18/5/22: ✅ had to make quite a few low impact modifications just to get through this workout. Need to strengthen my core more to have proper form, especially keeping my back flat when doing crunches and the pilates leg lifts

    I really love this one, I did it on my first day of period, it wasn't exhausting apart from the back bows, I had to go easy cause my back is already sore.

    I'm pretty much a skinny noodle with zero coordination and muscle, this will hopefully help better that if i manage to pull through and do one of these daily. I really like the commentary, feels like working out with a friend. Maybe I'll get dumbells soon so I can try some other work-outs for strength, the soup cans didn't do it for me. ^^
    Btw I should be studying for an exam, this is my semi-productive feeling way of procrastinating. Get a computer science student to work-out, must be real desperation XDD

    I'm pretty young to want abs.. But in gym class everyone else does almost 50 sit-ups and push-ups! I can't even do one! Everyone expect me to do well since I'm skinny but I have no muscle or extra goddamn fat to help me. I'm healthy, yes, I don't starve myself but I don't eat myself to sleep (only on weekends).. I want to look at myself in the mirror to see abs and muscles.. Lose my baby fat and face fat! *first day*

    Hi I have a question. When you lie down on your back do your crunch, should I keep my back constantly flat on the ground ? Is the pain in the back what makes ab muscles to improve ? It hurts so bad I am not sure if I'm doing it correctly. Btw Thanks for the video. I've been working out watching your vids for a month now and definitely seeing some changes!! I feel great.

    Workout complete! I have always wanted a tough, sweaty calorie-burning abs routine. The segments were just long enough to feel a good burn, but not long enough to give up. My favorite Fitness Blender workouts -- so, my next suggestion would be Kickboxing Workout for People who get Bored Easily!

    So I kinda got off track today. It happens, so I decided that since I did my punishment is this. I saved all the workouts for every facet of my body so if I ever get off track, I will do a HITT workout. Will I suffer yeah, but I will thank myself later.

    I love this workout because it isn't all just boring ab exercises. the only thing I have a question about is am I doing something wrong? Everytime I do an ab workout, I get really bad acid reflux( I have also had it since a baby).

    Revisited! I still really like this routine! Only one EX I had to modify--can't do the jumping squats or deep bends--one bone on bone OLD knee!

    Anyone else pretty much completely unable to raise their legs in the "supine plank + raises?" I'll stick with supine plank for now, thanks. Great workout!

    guys do you have any advice for what kind of workouts to do for an anterior tilted pelvis? my belly and butt stick out so much and I find crunch and plank exercises really hard, giving me a cramp like pain in my lower back :(

      you should try standing abs workout! they're really fun and less painful XD
