Just to let y'all know, as someone who's been doing this workout for a long time now, this really works! I saw amazing results within a week. Just doing this workout once a day 6 days a week I saw results. I really wanted to amp it up though and ended up doing it 3 times a day 6 days a week once I was more used to the exercise. I burned a ton of unwanted belly fat and slimmed down a ton!!! I hope this helps you guys stay motivated and always remember to try your best to eat well!

Don't worry about time you shouldn't be doing this to look good it's about you and being happy with your body. With abs you can notice differences in a couple of weeks. Just take it one day at a time and see how it goes
+Diamond Thompson To comments above, as they say, 80% of your weight loss and especially stomach size is based on your diet... So I'd say focus on having a good diet more than anything while working on your abs and they'll work in tandem... I've heard most people who workout regularly and eat good say they start to see differences in about two weeks. Eat good, work out good, and feel good until you get there :)
As someone who has been doing this workout for seven months, it really does work! Your abs definitely won’t show if you don’t pair this workout with cardio or some workout that will shred the layer of fat above your abs. For me, by running and warming down by stretches and doing this abs workout, I started seeing definition on my stomach after 2 weeks. It wasn’t lot, but there was definitely a chance. By week 6 I definitely toned down my stomach a LOT while doing this. I tried to do this workout everyday (it ended up being more like 3-5 times a week because I would either forget or get lazy or needed rest), but results definitely showed! I still do this workout to maintain my abs as well as now this has become a habit for me so I just end up instinctively doing it. Hope this helped a little ❤️
thank you for this review! I do Tracy Anderson and have for years--it works but it's very time consuming. 1 hr a day - 6 days a week (30 min of cardio + 30 min of abs). Hoping i can streamline my routine (and get/maintain results) by doing Tracy's cardio with the ab routine above.
I just finished this. absolutely amazing.. I feel great especially recovering from a hit & run car accident... The exercises were easy on back. I only modified 3 exercises... I'll be doing this every morning.

Proud to say I've gone this every day for the past week. It's definitely gotten easier. On day 2, 3 and 4 my abs were so sore and sometimes cramping. Now I don't wake up as sore as at the start. I see a definite improvement in my stomach, much more flat and defined. I think I need to maybe do it twice a day because it's getting a little easy. Going to keep this up for a month or two and see what happens! Thank you 😊
I think you should totally go for it. Everybody has their own physical capacity and we know our bodies best ourselves! I do it a lot too mashAllah! Never "hurt" myself. I know when I am getting to that point too, though.

Been doing these on and off for the last 8 months and I've seen great results. The best advice I can give you is even if you go a month without doing this exercise don't think it's not worth starting them again. It only gets easier.
Honestly this is the best 10 min abs workout which really helped me. Doing some cardio on the treadmill and this workout, I see abs in a pretty short period! Keep going guys!!!

it really works. i did that 4 years ago and people like my flat stomach then i stopped :( and later got pregnant :) I recently started again in order to loose the baby weight and I lost 1 inch in my waist in just one week. I am mixing this with the standing abs one. good luck!!!
I think that all of that people who wait something from other guys, need to understand that we must to be that kind of difference which we wanna see in the world. (English isn't my first language) Something what I can say about exercises is that, exercises really change my life, nowdays I'm doing my workouts because I wanna care about my body. The most important thing which we need to understand is that if wanna to have a good body (good for looking) we need to doing workouts for long term. I did some kind of workout last year, over than one month, but I didn't see any difference. This year after so many hours of listening motivational speakers I decided that I wanna change myself, for myself. Please just start, believe in yourself, you will se the results.
@@amina_4583 How do you stay motivated that long? I've been trying to force exercise on myself for years. The longest I've been able to workout alone is about a week, maybe two. I have low energy and motivation most days, working out just makes what little energy I have go to 0, but I want to look good and I want to feel good, and I care about my body. I think my biggest issue is those two things: energy and motivation.

Believe me it gets easier. JUST KEEP GOING. I tried this two months ago and I couldn't do even 2 minutes then I did it one month ago where I resisted 5 minutes and yesterday I decided to do it again and also before I did a 20 screeching routine which is relaxing and after that I did this workout AND I COMPLETED IT. I was so proud of myself (and I still am). I'm also gonna update y'all.

Im almost 14 years old and ive been doing this+two workouts from XHIT daily channel(one for abbs,one for legs) for two months,I lost 6 kilograms,my stomach is flatter and i feel so much better,i eat healthy but sometimes i like to eat chocolate or pizza.If little kid like me can do this you can too!
So since we're all in quarantine I decided to try and get fit, this is my second day doing these exercises, some exercises are a bit harder than others since I'm not flexible xD ,so I decided to do some stretching before. I'm intending to keep doing these exercises every day so wish me luck

Anyways, some of the exercises are still a bit difficult due to me being far from flexible and can't get my legs straight xD But yeah they're really good, although I'm not sure I'm gonna keep with this routine, I downloaded an app and liked the variety of exercises they had so may switch to that.

Hi to all ladies who have the problem with being fat. I am 24 years old, and since I was a child, I had constant problems with too much weight. I tried every possible diet but it futile effort. I even tried extreme diet in combination with physical exercise but in the end my metabolism suffered and I ended up with my overall health getting worse. If anyone is actually looking to start, the only advice I can give is track your progress! Wether through photos or how a certain piece of clothing fits, just make sure you are able to check yourself. I am a month in, doing this every day and was about to give up when I looked at my photos and saw (what I believe to be) a huge difference! I've been doing this exercise for about 3 weeks now .. I can already see a difference, my stomach is getting flatter and I have the outline of abs. I just need to keep at it to keep getting that definition in my stomach that I want. I recommend this exercise, it is a great start!
***** Nope I still eat what I want just smaller portions, and I've cut out drinking sodas completely I only drink water now so that also is a plus. I also do a cardio workout everyday. CARDIO is very important as well.
@BlindZniper YES!!! 😊 I started dieting and exercising June first of this year, so just about a month ago, and am vlogging some of it (well, im slacking on the vloging but im still doing all the work) so i can look back after a year and see all of my progress!!! As you can see by my user name, i have given myself a really reachable goal and i am doing a very slow and steady start. So, so far I have lost 3lbs, which obviously is really little, but u have to remember that i am giving myself a whole year to lose all of the weight i want to lose (30lbs), which means i have to lose 2.5lbs per month. So, since im only a month in, i have reached my first monthly goal!! I have been following this routine for 2 weeks now and wanted to share my improvements! For the first week, I did 1km of jogging on the treadmill and this ab workout for 10 mins everyday. For the second week, I did the same 1km jogging with this ab workout twice a day, for alternate days. The rest of the days, I did just 10 mins of this video. My results : My height is 6'3". after 2 weeks, I have lost 3 kgs! From 97kgs, I am now 94kgs (along with avoiding junk food). I measured my belly circumference before starting this workout and it was 43 inches. Now currently it is 41 inches!! I'm already seeing changes in my tummy region. Stay motivated guys. I will be posting frequent updates with this routine! It would be amazing if others do it with me too! Cheers
Update : Another week passed (total of 3 weeks), my weight dropped from 94kgs to 93kgs. I feel more fit and I can confidently do this routine twice per day. I only have junk food once a week as a cheat meal. And I did not workout on one day as a rest day. Hope others are following this too! It's really an amazing workout!!
Second update : Another week done (total of 4 weeks since the start). I have taken a rest day in between. Instead of regular cardio, I am now doing HIIT workout for 25 mins and then this ab workout. Results : my weight is now 92 kgs! (it was 97kgs 4 weeks back) And belly circumference is 40 inches!! (it was 43 inches 4 weeks ago) I feel really fit and my body does not hurt even after intense HIIT cardio and the ab workout! Will post more updates, stay focused and fit guys! Oh also, I've been eating a little bit of junk too. Once a week on the weekend, but since I'm working out regularly, metabolism is high and I'm burning the fat. So it isn't adding to weight gain

I did this after a fitness blender cardio that was 24 min and with this 10 min ab workout ,boy, did everything hurt and make me sweat, but it is well worth it. I have been doing fitness blender since the first week of January , but I have been doing other things like long distance running and weight lifting before this, but me being busy makes it hard finding time and going to a gym :) I always do these fitness blender workout before work. I have been doing this for over a year now along with their 5 minute butt and thigh and I've never been so happy with my body, my stomach, thighs, legs and butt as they are now very toned. Especially with my waist which has shrunk dramatically, best workout videos ever and highly recommend if you want improvements. However, I do them everyday and extended each workout for 1-2 minutes. I'm now 18, where I started at 10 stone at the height of 5' 6' and now I'm 8 stone☺️very happy
I enjoyed, painfully, this workout but I wish the video had included a little clock in the corner or something so I knew how much longer I had to suffer each exercise.
the best thing about this is a can do this at home instead of with a group of strangers, meaning I can make facial expressions that express the pain I’m in 😂
My results after using this: First of all i did see a big difference but I would like to clarify that I am naturally skinny and have had trouble gaining weight in the past, along with the fact that a medication I am taking to stabilize hormones was originally intended for weightloss. My results after using this every night for a little over two weeks straight I went from a blob of fat on my stomach to a toned fit texture, the main change was there was less jiggle on belly, which was all I wanted. I exercised a total of roughly 20 minutes a day, most exercises from this video. Some just a few random techniques I liked, but these techniques are the only ones I always used and often a used these exercises repeatedly to stretch out the 20 minutes. Hope this helps 💖
I started doing this exercise every single day and I am seeing some results. I am not working out other than completing this 10 minute workout everyday. My calorie intake ranges between 1200-1400 depending on how early I wake up and how active I am. I will workout more once summer is over and see if that helps the results. Here are my updates: Day 1- Very tired, breathless and had to pause a few times Day 5- the upper part of my stomach has a tiny bit more definition but my lower belly fat remains. I dont have to pause the video to rest any more but still a bit breathless afterwards Day 10- Huge improvement! My stomach looks a bit toned and my lower belly fat appears to be less or maybe I am just not as bloated. No need to pause the video and I don't feel tired after completing this workout.
I've been doing this workout everyday for almost a week now, along with their 10 minute thigh and butt workout. For now, what I've noticed is that my tummy is flatter than it normally would've been and the cellulite on my thighs is less visible. I'm planning to do this for another month or so, then I'll see if I want to keep going

I have been doing this workout for a month now at least once a day, 5 days a week. I am starting to see results in my lower abdomen and oblique muscles and lost 10 lbs. (I am a small girl started at 110 lbs and wasn't really aiming to lose weight, just get toned) Fact is, I wouldn't of been able see my progress with just this video alone.I did cardio for about 30mins - 1hr before doing the workout, usually running or biking. ( A person normally burns sugars and carbs for the the first 30mins, then you start burning fat). I cut back on ALL processed foods like anything canned, frozen dinners, breakfast cereals, cheese, chips, and bread. Yes BREAD.The starches in bread gets broken down quickly in the digestive tract and enter the bloodstream as glucose. This causes a rapid spike in blood sugar and insulin levels. Once blood sugar goes up, it quickly goes down, causing you to become HUNGRY.Beside, it decreases the absorption of nutrients and has little nutrients itself. Bottom Line, this video alone isn't going to give you wonderful abs. At a minimum, you need to couple it with good cardio and a good diet. Its easy once you start, its just hard getting started. :D

Proud to say I've gone this every day for the past week. It's definitely gotten easier. On day 2, 3 and 4 my abs were so sore and sometimes cramping. Now I don't wake up as sore as at the start. I see a definite improvement in my stomach, much more flat and defined. I think I need to maybe do it twice a day because it's getting a little easy. Going to keep this up for a month or two and see what happens! Thank you 😊

Don't overdoit, you should take 1 day rests. Your muscles need to recover
You should do it every other day, not every day! You could end up hurting yourself if you don't give your muscles time to recover!
I think you should totally go for it. Everybody has their own physical capacity and we know our bodies best ourselves! I do it a lot too mashAllah! Never "hurt" myself. I know when I am getting to that point too, though.

Been doing these on and off for the last 8 months and I've seen great results. The best advice I can give you is even if you go a month without doing this exercise don't think it's not worth starting them again. It only gets easier.
Honestly this is the best 10 min abs workout which really helped me. Doing some cardio on the treadmill and this workout, I see abs in a pretty short period! Keep going guys!!!

it really works. i did that 4 years ago and people like my flat stomach then i stopped :( and later got pregnant :) I recently started again in order to loose the baby weight and I lost 1 inch in my waist in just one week. I am mixing this with the standing abs one. good luck!!!

Something what I can say about exercises is that, exercises really change my life, nowdays I'm doing my workouts because I wanna care about my body. The most important thing which we need to understand is that if wanna to have a good body (good for looking) we need to doing workouts for long term. I did some kind of workout last year, over than one month, but I didn't see any difference. This year after so many hours of listening motivational speakers I decided that I wanna change myself, for myself.
Please just start, believe in yourself, you will se the results.

I have low energy and motivation most days, working out just makes what little energy I have go to 0, but I want to look good and I want to feel good, and I care about my body. I think my biggest issue is those two things: energy and motivation.

Believe me it gets easier. JUST KEEP GOING. I tried this two months ago and I couldn't do even 2 minutes then I did it one month ago where I resisted 5 minutes and yesterday I decided to do it again and also before I did a 20 screeching routine which is relaxing and after that I did this workout AND I COMPLETED IT. I was so proud of myself (and I still am). I'm also gonna update y'all.

This actually works!I’m dead serious. You actually start to see the effect around 3 days. Little by little it starts working even more and getting easier. If you are having a hard time doing these just remember that it will get easier and just try your best ❤️don’t feel bad if u can’t do these. But yeah they're really good, although I'm not sure I'm gonna keep with this routine, I downloaded an app and liked the variety of exercises they had so may switch to that.
Im far from being an expert but You should do the stretching after your workout (I might be wrong)

If anyone is actually looking to start, the only advice I can give is track your progress! Wether through photos or how a certain piece of clothing fits, just make sure you are able to check yourself. I am a month in, doing this every day and was about to give up when I looked at my photos and saw (what I believe to be) a huge difference! I've been doing this exercise for about 3 weeks now .. I can already see a difference, my stomach is getting flatter and I have the outline of abs. I just need to keep at it to keep getting that definition in my stomach that I want. I recommend this exercise, it is a great start!

I started dieting and exercising June first of this year, so just about a month ago, and am vlogging some of it (well, im slacking on the vloging but im still doing all the work) so i can look back after a year and see all of my progress!!!
As you can see by my user name, i have given myself a really reachable goal and i am doing a very slow and steady start. So, so far I have lost 3lbs, which obviously is really little, but u have to remember that i am giving myself a whole year to lose all of the weight i want to lose (30lbs), which means i have to lose 2.5lbs per month. So, since im only a month in, i have reached my first monthly goal!! HERES HOPING I KEEP THAT UP!!!!!! 😬

After I’ve tried a few other abs routines, I came back to this one again! This routine is comfortable for me to handle, while providing options to make it harder if I like. Strongly recommend!

Make sure to vary it up by doing different routines your body will adjust to one specific repeated motion after awhile and it will be less effective.

I always find myself coming back to this workout. So simple, yet so effective 👌
I have been following this routine for 2 weeks now and wanted to share my improvements!
For the first week, I did 1km of jogging on the treadmill and this ab workout for 10 mins everyday.
For the second week, I did the same 1km jogging with this ab workout twice a day, for alternate days. The rest of the days, I did just 10 mins of this video.
My results : My height is 6'3". after 2 weeks, I have lost 3 kgs! From 97kgs, I am now 94kgs (along with avoiding junk food). I measured my belly circumference before starting this workout and it was 43 inches. Now currently it is 41 inches!! I'm already seeing changes in my tummy region.
Stay motivated guys. I will be posting frequent updates with this routine! It would be amazing if others do it with me too! Cheers
Update : Another week passed (total of 3 weeks), my weight dropped from 94kgs to 93kgs. I feel more fit and I can confidently do this routine twice per day. I only have junk food once a week as a cheat meal. And I did not workout on one day as a rest day.
Hope others are following this too! It's really an amazing workout!!
Second update : Another week done (total of 4 weeks since the start). I have taken a rest day in between. Instead of regular cardio, I am now doing HIIT workout for 25 mins and then this ab workout.
Results : my weight is now 92 kgs! (it was 97kgs 4 weeks back)
And belly circumference is 40 inches!! (it was 43 inches 4 weeks ago)
I feel really fit and my body does not hurt even after intense HIIT cardio and the ab workout!
Will post more updates, stay focused and fit guys!
Oh also, I've been eating a little bit of junk too. Once a week on the weekend, but since I'm working out regularly, metabolism is high and I'm burning the fat. So it isn't adding to weight gain

I did this after a fitness blender cardio that was 24 min and with this 10 min ab workout ,boy, did everything hurt and make me sweat, but it is well worth it. I have been doing fitness blender since the first week of January , but I have been doing other things like long distance running and weight lifting before this, but me being busy makes it hard finding time and going to a gym :) I always do these fitness blender workout before work. I am a mom a full time college student and work full time. Ladies we can do it. Lets get this summer body!! I have been doing this for over a year now along with their 5 minute butt and thigh and I've never been so happy with my body, my stomach, thighs, legs and butt as they are now very toned. Especially with my waist which has shrunk dramatically, best workout videos ever and highly recommend if you want improvements. However, I do them everyday and extended each workout for 1-2 minutes. I'm now 18, where I started at 10 stone at the height of 5' 6' and now I'm 8 stone☺️very happy
I enjoyed, painfully, this workout but I wish the video had included a little clock in the corner or something so I knew how much longer I had to suffer each exercise.

My results after using this:
First of all i did see a big difference but I would like to clarify that I am naturally skinny and have had trouble gaining weight in the past, along with the fact that a medication I am taking to stabilize hormones was originally intended for weightloss.
My results after using this every night for a little over two weeks straight I went from a blob of fat on my stomach to a toned fit texture, the main change was there was less jiggle on belly, which was all I wanted.
I exercised a total of roughly 20 minutes a day, most exercises from this video. Some just a few random techniques I liked, but these techniques are the only ones I always used and often a used these exercises repeatedly to stretch out the 20 minutes.

I started doing this exercise every single day and I am seeing some results. I am not working out other than completing this 10 minute workout everyday. My calorie intake ranges between 1200-1400 depending on how early I wake up and how active I am. I will workout more once summer is over and see if that helps the results. Here are my updates:
Day 1- Very tired, breathless and had to pause a few times
Day 5- the upper part of my stomach has a tiny bit more definition but my lower belly fat remains. I dont have to pause the video to rest any more but still a bit breathless afterwards
Day 10- Huge improvement! My stomach looks a bit toned and my lower belly fat appears to be less or maybe I am just not as bloated. No need to pause the video and I don't feel tired after completing this workout.
Omg I'm proud of myself I usually give up I did all of them without pausing && I'm in pain but I'm happy 😂❤💯

I've been doing this workout everyday for almost a week now, along with their 10 minute thigh and butt workout. For now, what I've noticed is that my tummy is flatter than it normally would've been and the cellulite on my thighs is less visible. I'm planning to do this for another month or so, then I'll see if I want to keep going

I have been doing this workout for a month now at least once a day, 5 days a week. I am starting to see results in my lower abdomen and oblique muscles and lost 10 lbs. (I am a small girl started at 110 lbs and wasn't really aiming to lose weight, just get toned)
Fact is, I wouldn't of been able see my progress with just this video alone.I did cardio for about 30mins - 1hr before doing the workout, usually running or biking. ( A person normally burns sugars and carbs for the the first 30mins, then you start burning fat).
I cut back on ALL processed foods like anything canned, frozen dinners, breakfast cereals, cheese, chips, and bread. Yes BREAD.The starches in bread gets broken down quickly in the digestive tract and enter the bloodstream as glucose. This causes a rapid spike in blood sugar and insulin levels. Once blood sugar goes up, it quickly goes down, causing you to become HUNGRY.Beside, it decreases the absorption of nutrients and has little nutrients itself.
Bottom Line, this video alone isn't going to give you wonderful abs. At a minimum, you need to couple it with good cardio and a good diet. Its easy once you start, its just hard getting started. :D
