After I told my husband (years back) that he is handsome, he started to say that I don't look good and if someone says that I look good, he opposes. He used to say his family teased him for his skin colour, but after this incident, he started to flirt with other girls.
If I praise his cooking, he says I don't cook properly though my children and others like curry cooked by me than his.
I genuinely praise people including strangers, but eventhough I notice many good things in him in day-to-day life, I have prohibited myself from praising him, so as not to get hurt by him.

I lost My Life DUE to This Personality
I am dealing with a narcissist since last 8 years…I have been physically verbally abused by that person..He is least understanding..and whenever i try to tell him what is wrong with his behaviour he get triggered and start blaming me..i have tried many a times to cut off that person but everytime he succeed in manipulating me and get me back but can’t deny the fact i love him alot so I compromise my happiness…I am kind of a very emotional girl and i am unable to get out of it..This relation is consuming me..I don’t know what to do😢😢I feel so helpless at times…And Whatever you have mentioned in this video totally resonates
