  • While in Miami I ran across this doctored up Toyota Tundra. It did not look too bad on the surface but the closer you look, the worse it gets! Let's take a closer look at it and see how bad it can get.

Most reasonable people would agree , it’s a scam.
viewers commented that the auction vehicle resellers weren’t scammers , maybe they were trying to say “it’s not illegal “ and technically it might not be.
Misrepresenting what you are selling might put you in front of a judge to explain what you are doing. Maybe this has already happened, or is happening and it will be interesting to see results.
I’ve watched you repair cars correctly. I would buy one and recommend any of the cars you sell.
Car ownership is very expensive, and huge burden for many people.

It's interesting all the people that think the auction should do more - simply put, it's not their job. They have auctions to try to bring in the largest crowd they can to make the most money they can (that's how they survive - their fees). Most auction yards have signs that clearly tell you that everything you purchase is as is, with no warranty unless the SELLER (not the auction house) has stated that there is a warranty on the item. I like to refer to stuff like that as the 10/10 warranty deal - 10 feet or 10 seconds, and the clock started ticking when you walked through the auction gate! What you see is what you get, so it's up to you, the buyer to go in with eyes wide open and look. Scott is doing us all a huge service to show us all of these in an attempt to educate us on what some shady players will do! I for one hope he keeps them coming!!
