      @@matildamumba6634 some weeks yes. I try to go out as much as I can so that would be the reason why I don't always follow her calendar. I've noticed I feel better in a week when I work the upper body with videos and lower body in the gym or vice versa.

      I’m 8 month pregnant and I still do your workouts with proper modifications.And I wanted to say that my body feels amazing -stretched ,toned ,alive .I got just what I need without overdoing or abusing something.

    Why did I wait so long to thank you?
    Since the first lockdown I can no longer go to my Pilates center daily as a I used to. I miss the professional trainer instructions to move “safely”.
    I tried a lot, a lot of trainings on TH-cam. But you are the best. My favorite one.
    You have an incredible variety of videos and you continue creating amazing creative content.
    I love your comments: the right amount of advices, and I feel super encouraged by your lovely voice. Whatever time I have or which part of the body I want to focus on, I know I will always find the perfect video on your page.

    I truly, sincerely love how you chuckle after a particularly difficult series. It helps me relax again into my body and not complain about the pain! Your videos are so lighthearted and calm at the same time, it makes the workout fly by! (I didn't have weights for this one, but omg, am I still sweating? Yes, yes I am.)

    Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

    I added ankle weights bc I thought, It's arms and abs, might as well work out my legs a little. What a tough work out! This primarily arms/abs, but also a well-rounded full body with elevated heart rate work out!! Excellent!

    I absolutely loved this pilates workout. I've been weight training and haven't been liking how bulky and heavy I feel. After much research im switching to Pilates. I've spent way too much money with gym memberships and finally decided that I would much rather be working out at home and ever since I've tried it I love it. I get to do it in the comfort of my own home and i get to save money 😂. But in all seriousness thank you Nicole your pilates workouts are amazing and I really feel the burn.

    it was my day 4 after a long time without any motivation to workout. It was so hard to get back to do my workouts. I decided to follow your workouts again everyday, until it will become a habit again because only this way it is working for me. The workouts are really hard for me now I don't succeed many things that I used to do... I need to get my strength back. You are the only one I can follow on TH-cam. Thank you

    I think this is my most favourite one yet. Had more than just arms and abs, as lots of squats and high twists too. I had 1.5kg and 3kg weights, but 1.5kg was enough for today! Fantastic, and thank you so much once again ☺️🙏🏻

    I love this workout! I realized how weak my shoulders were in the side plank with weights! I love all your workouts! I stopped and tried the BetterMe app and it did nothing compared to your workouts! I looked better after doing your workouts for two days than I did for the 15 days of the BetterMe app! I always recommend you to my family and friends. People think that I am too old to try to look like you but I think I should try to emulate the person I want to look like! Thank you again for all your workouts!!❤

    This was a really good workout, thank you! I wasn't able to finish everything, since I haven't worked out in half a year because of a burn out, but it felt so great to move my body again. It also helped a lot that the movements were gliding so elegantly over towards each other and that no timers were used in this workout. I had no glue what to expect and that actually helped me to keep moving

    Thank you so much for sharing all your video's. I LOVE your workouts, i do them 6x a wk. I wouldn't be without them. In the start I thought they were savage due to my unhealthy lifestyle. However over the last 4-6wks, I can see my improvement. Please keep them coming. Lotta love xxx

    Hi Nicole,
    Found you recently, omg how much did I miss Pilates! did a polestar teacher course my self when I lived in HK followed Pilates ones back in Holland but at some point had to stop, Yoga became a new thing but it is just not Pilates. I like ying for stretch but Pilates seems tons more effective in getting my strenght back after knee surgery. Your classes are amazing every detail is mentioned, in a nice calm way while in the mean time, with this video I realized I still have a long way to go haha. Your combo's are great but sometimes too much. I am back at beginners strength but I add things to make a bit more heavy but I am not fully in intermediate yet, at least if this video was intermediate lol. As a nearly 50 year old I realize I have a way to go, made a photo today and will make one in 3 6 & 12 months. I hope I can keep it up to do it at least! every other day. Thank you so much !! ow and by the way, you look totally amazing what a gorgeous, toned, muscled, tanned, strong, lean body.... You must have a long time trained body 😁. sunny regards from Holland

    Currently trying out your videos after a back strain injury and been trying to stay active. I got referred to do pilates from my doctor and let’s just say I’m so SORE but it’s a good sore! Love these and will continue incorporating pilates into my workout routine🤍
