- Join in for a 15 min STANDING ARM WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using two 8LB dumbbells, but always choose the weights that suit you best. Each interval will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is an ALL STANDING wrist friendly workout, with zero planks or pushups! So grab your weights and get ready to feel the burn! 💞 xox Mik

I really ADORE your standing workouts! Love when they focus on either upper body, lower body, or total body strength training. I don’t mind floor exercises, but I have to be in the mood for them. Either all floor or all standing - for me, nothing is worse than doing a mix of standing then floor then back up to standing, etc. It makes me really dizzy and then unmotivated to continue. Like, just pick a vibe and stick with it please! Haha… Am I the only one? Anyway, love your videos! You are such a calming personality. I truly appreciate that you don’t act overly hyped or like some over-the-top personality. Thank you :)
I feel the same way with the standing and floor combos. It makes me feel dizzy sometimes, or like I have to rush to change positions 😅

another great no repeat workout. There was a lot of triceps work, which i needed, but maybe alternate between opposite muscle groups -- a triceps exercise followed by biceps
