    I do this before my weighted glute exercise... this is the only butt workout with bands that truly burns my glutes...my weight routine is so much more efficient now!

    I do the p.volve one you uploaded a few months back as it’s easy to follow in real time
    So if you do this in conjunction with the arm work out ,is that all you do in one day or do you also run or yoga ect . Like do you do one hour or more or less??
    No siblings only me! Which I didn’t like when I was little but now it’s ok . My book inspiration is always osho . Reading book of wisdom right now

    Answer 3: I tried all of your workouts and I include them in my routine :) your ab workouts are very intense, I'd say 10/10, the booty-legs maybe 7-8/10

      If you have a theraband at home you can tie it up and use it to see if you like it. Otherwise there are different resistance levels you can find online or at a store. Let me know if you try this one out!

      Marilou Hello! If you start waxing your underarms, it will remove the hairs from the root and keep the area looking cleaner than shaving! Waxing also keeps the skin lighter than shaving :) but you gotta do it consistently or else it will go back when you start shaving again! So don’t shave in between sessions just go wax each time it grows back enough :) and usually it takes like 1-2 weeks for the hair to grow back in :) good luck 😊

    Squat lower girl! :) Also good to note that the pigeon pose is going to put a lot of strain on your knees, so I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with knee problems!
