    *Workout*
    Warm-up
    50 sec Squads
    2x (1 per leg)
    •Up and over, extended leg (50sec)
    •Triangle, extended leg, right leg: left inside to high right side (50sec)
    •extend leg + opposite arm (50sec)
    •stretch leg upward straight/extend (50sec)
    •lean on one elbow, extend other leg slightly sideways/upwards
    •angle your leg and lift it upwards (50sec)
    •Bridge + open up, squeeze after motion (50sec)
    2x (1 per leg)
    •single leg hip lift/bridge with one leg (50 sec)
    More challenging : weights or elastic band

    I have been doing this since 2 weeks and it has LITERALLY peeled away my fat on the butt and hips by giving it a good shape ofcourse! It has also helped reduce belly fat ( I’m sure I would have lost more belly fat if I was on diet but I’m not so) 😌 This works guys! Squeeze, do it slowly! Quality over quantity!

      Sanne Vloet I’ve been working out much more regularly lately, so I thought this would be no big deal. You were totally right about using different muscles. Some I was fine and others just clearly weren’t as strong. I’ll get there 🙈

    Okay, that nearly killed me. In fact, I can't be sure if I'm not actually writing this from the Spirit World. But it was still a wonderful and effective workout, thank you so much for your effort to show us how it's done...your videos are terrific! Now that I'm dead, I'm going to ask God if I can come back to life about 10 inches taller! ;-)

    Phew! Yep, I felt the burn! Especially with the leg lifts at the end- I think thats a muscle area that I don't use much. Definately gonna come back and do this one again, thanks!

    Thank you sooooo much for these exercises. I'm very fit but even in my case they made me feel my butt and thigh muscles again XD My bum started looking better after 3 days already! Doing the exercises every day for 10 mins now - such a short dedication every day and it can work miracles!! Aww thank you!!!
