i honestly think this workout is so good, it targets the stomach area, defo the arms, some thigh and glute workouts. slighlty so ever and it also gives a great stretching part at the end. I am sweating like crazy rn and i think this is defo good for weight loss. I may do some additonal squats and crunches but overall this was amazing

3 days in and I lost an inch in my 29inch waistline, this aerobic exercise with the combo of my strict diet. Hopefully I get my 26-27 inch waist before my wedding hehe

Just started this workout I'm a size 42 i will try for 3 days I'm sweating as hell and I only did 14 mins i couldn't keep as I'm out of shape I'll keep posting so far I love it its so much fun

I love these workouts. I always feel it by the 8 minute mark, but whenever I pass it, it starts getting easier again. Loved the stretches at the end!

Trying this with sciatic nerve back pain. Shoulders can barely make it through halfway from previous injury. It started helping after the second time, however it's getting the motivation to go when I'm so uncomfortable.

I also have sciatic too can you tell me does this exercis make our pain worse??? I really have to lose weight but I scared if I would make my sciatic even worse (ps. I fully recovered from my sciatic pain but I just don't want to be in pain anymore)

It really burnt a lot of my belly fat in just 3 days of doing the full workout!
My height is 5'1 and waist was 30". After doing these 27 min exercises for 3 consecutive days, the measurement reduced to 28". I will complete the 14 day target and share my results.
(Also, It took me 4 days to do thr whole aerobic exercise in one go, i wasn't able to do more than 11 minutes as I was not physically very active and had low lactate threshold)
Result: My waist is now 26" OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH EVA. You guys must try this it's really helpful 🙏🏻
How many times do we have to do this in one day??

Will it be effective if I do it in evening?
doesn't matter what time (but u may be more motivated to eat less junk if u do in morning)@@anupriyaap9031

I've done this workout twice a day for 4 days so far! In total I've been working out for a week and a half. I don't know how long it takes to see results but I can definitly answer that my stomach has become a lot more tight. I still really don't see a difference yet, but I'm hoping to see a difference soon. My legs, stomach and shoulders are always sore when I wake up which I take that it's good? I'll update further once I start seeing results!

I’m going to track my results for the next 14 days 😊 I’ll do it following just simple diet with no any restrictions , doing this workout 3 times a week and walking 1 hour daily with daily 30 minutes cardio run.
Day 1 - 73.6 (did the workout✅)
