So I'm doing these exercise dor last 10 days and I'm thankful to them because these exercise really helped me a lot. My waist is smaller than before, my belly also loose much of the fats and my hands are slim than before. But i also stop eating sugar, I'm drinking funnel seeds water and in the morning I intake lemon water that's why these exercise are very effective . But now more changes i changed my workout. But trust me do these exercises daily and you can see tge result. Fighting girl!!!!
It really burnt a lot of my belly fat in just 3 days of doing the full workout! My height is 5'1 and waist was 30". After doing these 27 min exercises for 3 consecutive days, the measurement reduced to 28". I will complete the 14 day target and share my results. (Also, It took me 4 days to do thr whole aerobic exercise in one go, i wasn't able to do more than 11 minutes as I was not physically very active and had low lactate threshold) Result: My waist is now 26" OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH EVA. You guys must try this it's really helpful 🙏🏻
i honestly think this workout is so good, it targets the stomach area, defo the arms, some thigh and glute workouts. slighlty so ever and it also gives a great stretching part at the end. I am sweating like crazy rn and i think this is defo good for weight loss. I may do some additonal squats and crunches but overall this was amazing

I don't know how long it takes to see results but I can definitly answer that my stomach has become a lot more tight. I still really don't see a difference yet, but I'm hoping to see a difference soon. My legs, stomach and shoulders are always sore when I wake up which I take that it's good? I'll update further once I start seeing results!

Trying this with sciatic nerve back pain. Shoulders can barely make it through halfway from previous injury. It started helping after the second time, however it's getting the motivation to go when I'm so uncomfortable. Gotta keep moving. Thanks Eva.

I did this workout for 15 mins and end up in pain for 2 consecutive days in lower back, stomach area and sides. I think this made me use those muscles too much that’s why it’s hurting.

First time doing "aerobics" exercise, I am still expecting the aerobics part of it. My heart rate was always in relax mode. Never higher than 100. Is this for beginners? Or people with no endurance maybe?

I love these workouts. I always feel it by the 8 minute mark, but whenever I pass it, it starts getting easier again. Loved the stretches at the end!
