Instead of "Eobard going back to the speed force", I think what Harry meant to say was that when Eddie erased the S1 Eobard from existence, the future Eobard (who has yet to time travel back to kill Barry's mother) was inside the speed force (for whatever reason... exploring... playing around with time travel) hence why Harry described the speed force as a "bomb shelter" protecting Future Eobard from succumbing to the events resulting from Eddie's death. All of this happens in a loop. This was how Eobard came to find out about everyone. How he came up with the idea to take Harry's body. What was weird was that Barry said "YOU DIED"! Eobard didn't bother to ask why or find out meaning Eobard came back to the past, somehow got stuck, and ended up dying... I mean Eobard was a time traveler, could've easily found his way around his seemingly inevitable death. Seems like Future Eobard isn't as bright as Harry-Eobard.
It's pretty awesome how they handled Thawne. In the comics, Eobard basically becomes "outside of time" and can exist outside of paradoxes. This leads up to the Flashpoint Paradox, where he remains the same even after everything in the world has changed. It would be pretty cool if CW used Eobard again to start a Flashpoint Paradox storyline. Remember how Flash replaces the version of himself when he time-travels? Well, we never see him shake his head or notice another Barry during the flashback scenes. What if a Flashpoint Paradox season is made where Barry eventually has to replace the version of himself from the future in order to stop himself from saving his mother a second time?
I love all the little things in this episode. When Barry was punching Reverse Flash against the fence real fast in the stomach, that's exactly what Reverse Flash did to Barry in the Season 1 finale, and when Barry confronted Thawne in this episode he mentioned why he killed his Mother, that put the thought in his head right there to go back in time and kill Barry's Mother since Reverse Flash had no knowledge of it since he hasn't done it yet. Also, seeing Harrison Wells in this episode gave Thawne the idea to steal his face in the first place. lol. It is his origin story, so everything he encountered in this episode is why he did the stuff in Season 1. Amazing episode!
I know! When Barry mentioned Thawne killing his mother, I was like "well, yeah" at first. But then I also remembered that the episode stated how Eobard had no idea about killing Barry's mother since he hadn't done it yet.
Thawne never intended to go back and kill his mother tho, he want back to kill barry, but he got away so he killed his mother out of anger and in hopes that it will depress Barry to the point he won’t become the flash, and yeah, I know it’s been two years :P
Barry didn't want Patty to have to stay and give up her dreams of being a CSI. She will probably come back eventually after she goes to school in Midway City.

At the end, when she calls him, she's testing him to see if he really doesn't love her. And he comes running instantly. So she knows. And she understands. :)
In 10:23, it shows that Eobard is not on Flash's level in this part yet, because he just becomes evil in the future. While Harrison Wells as a Reverse Flash in S1 was already faster than him for 13 years.
It'll be interesting if Earth1 Zolomon is either Zoom, or related to him somehow. Interestingly, when I look at Zoom's eyes, they kinda look like Teddy Sears's eyes (the actor playing Jay)...
I think that zolomon is going to be the main villain for a future season, a type of reverse flash/zoom but with the power of slow down time like in the comic Hello from italy :)
He will possibly be the main villian in a later season maybe if Wally ever becomes the flash in like a season 6 we can see zolomon as a main villain sense zolomon is wallys reverse flash and his origin ties very closely to Wally.

I still think that Earth2's Zoom is Earth2's Barry's father. In Earth2, Oliver's father is Green Arrow, Barry was in prison (in Earth1 his father was in prison). So i think Barry's father from Earth2 is Zoom, also Barry's dad from Earth1 is probably dead, killded by Zoom and we saw in season 2 Earth2's father doing Earth1's father :-) And i agree that Earth1's Jay Garrick (H.Z.) is Earth1's version of Zoom and he will be probably villain in the future.
