Bro I just got the Orochi X10 Anaconda 7’11” big bait rod and my GOD it’s stupid light weight!! It’s actually not a broom stick either. Claims to be even a deep crank rod or flipping stick! With its bend I bet it can! Sweet spot is def 4-6oz no problem! Incredible rod!

To start. I have this rod. It’s absolutely amazing. And feels very light in hand paired with a 3000mhg Vanquish, handling feels very similar to my P5’s.
Now for some corrections. This is NOT a “light” powered rod. It’s a Megabass 3 power. Which is a medium/medium light power in spinning. The tip as stated is UL stinger carbon tip. Performs great. Tapers off beautifully to the medium/medium light powered backbone. Tip aside I’d say it’s very similar power to the XX Shakey Head towards the middle/butt section. The tip section is hard to compare as it’s a stinger tip model and they have to transition the power accordingly.
Finally this rod is NOT made entirely of the cellulose fibers. Only being used throughout the blank and they do NOT use the P5 5d graphite on this rod. They are not as sensitive as a P5, but close! Amazing rods.

@@avocato2829 Def not apples to apples. The P5's are very precise and almost electric when you get a bite, but it stays in the hand. The Orochi's I've tried have more of a thud when the fish bites, like someone smacking the rod butt, but it doesn't just stay in the hand, you can feel it in the whole arm. And for me that makes it more sensitive, cause you just can't miss that feeling. And they feel better than the P5's too imo!

@@catgrv7164 I mean I can’t comment since I haven’t used one, however I have seen videos from the hook up that say these rods are not as sensitive nor as lightweight as P5. I honestly think the biggest appeal is the looks and the new spinning grip in addition to the environmental impact. However I don’t like megabass spinning rods anyway, g.loomis makes way better performing spinning rods.
