  • Welcome back to the channel. In this video I break down how I fish the Freeloader and the tackle I use with it. The Freeloader is a 4.25" jerk bait style lure that Jacob Wheeler help design with Rapala. If you have any questions feel free to leave me a comment.

      One day, maybe I can afford the Meta Series, but for now, I'm going to keep rocking the Fate V3.

      Thank you. 13 fishing is my Go to Rods, and now Rapala soft plastic is starting to fall in the lineup.

    Great advice, never fished swim baits. First time going to try that freeloader and I hope this Saturday goes well! Falcon lake will be my target south Texas

      As long as you're around fish, you should do well. They can't resist it. It also works really well for a chatterbait trailer, just throwing that out there. Good luck and tight lines.

    Excellent! After watching MLF, it seems to be the bait the fish haven't seen. Well, I'll get some and start to figure it out with my newly installed FFS.

      This bait, style of bait really works! I'm not using FFS at the moment, and I still catch them with it. Good luck out there!

    Jessie, have you fished this weed less around cover. If so what rigging have you used? Where are you from? I am from north Florida.

      I'm down in Central Florida between Tampa and Orlando. No, I have not. Im sure it would make for a great weedles presentation. I'm just not sure how I would rig it. Maybe an EWG hook, sorta like fishing a Fluke? I do know this makes for a great chatterbait trailer as well. I would need to rig this weight less on an EWG to see how it performs to consider it. Maybe I'll experiment with it, and if I find something, I'll be sure to make a video.
      Thanks for watching!

      @@JesseMcMillanFishing how does wind affect your ability to fish this lure?

    • @JesseMcMillanFishing
      @JesseMcMillanFishing  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @randybuchanan2110 the wind doesn't affect it much. The only concerns I see would be if it muddied the water. I use a 1/4 ounce VMC jig head, so casting isn't a problem.

    Seems a lot like walley jigging

      I'm not sure what that is, but you're probably right.
