Quick and easy. Making your own nutrient dense smoothie doesn’t take as long as preparing most meals, giving you more time for others things.

Next, choose fruits that you love to eat. Use apples, peaches, bananas, pineapple, kiwi, oranges and so on. And Cut the fruits into small pieces and put it in a freezer. Do not however put every ingredient in the freezer.
Vegetables are rich in vitamins and fiber. Vegetable smoothies can have for lunch or dinner. Especially often used celery, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes.
Milk products. There are a lot of calcium and protein. Is better to choose low-fat milk.
Nuts are a source of energy and vegetable protein. A handful of nuts will help to re-energize for a few hours.

2 medium carrots, cut in chunks
1 medium juice orange
½ medium lemon, peel included
About ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
Place everything into the blender and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
[Watermelon Smoothie]
1¼ Cup Watermelon
½ cup Strawberries
⅓ Cup Beets
¼ cup Coconut
Coconut water to the max line
Fill the Nutribullet cup, add coconut water to the max line and blend.
[Peach Smoothie]
1 cup skim milk
1 cup frozen unsweetened peaches
2 tsp cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil
PLACE milk and frozen, unsweetened peaches in blender and blend for 1 minute. Transfer to glass, and stir in flaxseed oil.
[Sweet Spinach Smoothie]
2 cups spinach leaves, packed
1 ripe pear, peeled, cored, and chopped
15 green or red grapes
6 ounces fat-free plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped avocado
1 or 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients until blended to the desired consistency.
[Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie]
½ cup skim or soy milk
6 oz. vanilla yogurt
¼ c chocolate chips
1 cup fresh raspberries
Handful of ice OR 1 cup frozen raspberries
COMBINE ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, transfer to a glass, and eat with a spoon.
[Chocolate and Peanut Butter Smoothie]
3/4 cup frozen berries
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat chocolate soy milk
2 tablespoons reduced-fat all-natural peanut butter
In a blender, combine 3/4 cup frozen berries, 1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup low-fat chocolate soy milk and 2 tablespoons reduced-fat all-natural peanut butter.
[Mango Smoothie Surprise]
¼ cup mango cubes
¼ cup mashed ripe avocado
½ cup mango juice
¼ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 Tbsp sugar
6 ice cubes

Be careful sometimes to much sugar can make you gain weight. Even if it's all natural sugar through fruits. Instead of all this sweet smoothie do only veggie smoothie way healthier and loose weight faster.

One fact for you which must to you know! The honey is made from natural sugar which that sugar is find in the fruits and from that sugar you can't gain weight. You can eat a honey into very much without gain weight

* spinach handful washed
* coriander handful washed
* kale handful washed
* 4 inches of ginger root peeled and wash
*romaine lettuce 3 -2 leaves shredded by hand and washed
*granny apples washed take out stem and seeds
* 3 whole lemons fresh juice
* 2 1/2 lime juice fresh
1 cup of ice cubes

Great for weight control, thanks. I replaced all my meals with smoothies and have seen a 129 lb. difference. My recipe is 4 oz. of Fannie Mae mint meltaways, 4 oz. of Philly cream cheese, half a pint of Haagen Daz Summer Berry ice cream, 1/4 cup of praline pecans, 1 can of cling peaches in heavy syrup, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, 3/4 cup of sugar, and 2 tbsp. of lowfat plain yogurt. Wow! They are so delicious. So far on the scale, in just a short time, I have gone from 175 lbs. to 304 lbs.

Actually, i add yoghurt with nuts and any veg that burns more calories for digestion than provide. green apples, oranges and bananas with metabolism accelerating spices are great too.

Why use milk at all? What about almond milk , or rice milk? Mucus food isn't healthy by any stretch of the imagination.
I could be completely wrong about this, but it is my belief that milk comes from mammals, not almonds or rice. I have a hard time picturing a farmer on a stool trying to milk an almond.

The narrator needs to re-think her delivery to sound more conversational and less clunky.
There is no such thing as "A smoothie that burns fat". In fact there is no such thing as ANY food that "burns fat". You can only "burn fat" through exercise and/or calorie restriction. If your smoothies help contribute to calorie restriction great, but they don't actually burn any fat. Nearly all of the smoothies in this video contain lots of sugar. Sugar is literally the WORST thing to consume if you want to lose weight, the same can be said of heavy carbohydrate consumption(ESPECIALLY refined carbohydrates). The only smoothie in this video that is actually usefull is the avocado one...The rest call for vanilla yogurt which is heavily sweetened with sugars and contain other things like orange juice(Which contains far too much sugar).
TLDR: if you want to lose weight, cut out sugar and heavy carb consumption and move your body regularly...the weight will come off i promise. Smoothies will only help if they fit within that farmework, but there is no such thing as a "fat burning smoothie".

Spinach and milk or milk products ! A bad combination ? Spinach contains oxalic acid which interfers with the absorbtion of calcium which can cause kidney stones . If my memory is correct . Does anyone else remember this ?
