    2 medium sized bananas frozen
    2 tbsp of unsweetened Peanut butter
    1/4 tsp of cinnamon

    Ingredients
    1 cup of mixed Berry’s
    1/3 to 1/2 cup of avocado
    2 tbsp of dry rolled oats
    1/2 cup of milk (any type)
    1/4 tsp of cinnamon
    2 tsp of maple syrup (or another healthy sweetener)
    Optional:
    1 tbsp of almond butter

    Great smoothies ! Thank you ! I just wanna give you a tip about the oats. Raw oats contain phytic acid which prevents the absorption of iron, zinc, calcium etc ... So, it's always better to soak them for at least 15 min and rinse them through a sieve to discard the water .. This way it will be safer to consume ..

    1 coffee date smoothies
    2/3s of a cup of plain yogurt
    2-3 fresh medjool dates (big soft dates) sweet
    1 tsp of instant coffee powder freeze-dried
    A pinch of cinnamon
    A quarter cup of water
    1 tbsp of almond butter (other nut butter) optional for extra protein
    Ice cubes
    3 chocolate peanut butter smoothie
    2/3s of a cup of plain yogurt
    1 tbsp of unsweetened peanut butter
    2 or 3 tsps of unsweetened Cocoa powder
    A little bit of cinnamon
    2 or 3 Medjool dates for sweeteness
    1/4 cup of water or even less to blend it
    7 Berry chia smoothie
    Ingredients
    1 cup of mixed Berry’s sliced or 2 cups with the whole strawberry
    1/3 to 1/2 cup of avocado
    2 teaspoons soaked chia seeds soak for 2- 5 mins
    2 tbsp of dry rolled oats
    1/2 to 1 tsp of vanilla extract(ground fennel powder)
    2 tsp of maple syrup
    1/2 cup of milk (any type)
    Some ice cubes

      I also didn’t like this one, I think I will put half teaspoon of coffee next time, the coffee was too strong but loved the dates, I did however try the green one at that was AMAZING!!!!

    berry chia smoothie
    1 cup of strawberry slices or 2 cups of whole strawberries

    I just have to say you are such an inspiration to me. I did recently start watching you like around June of 2017 but you are such a role model to me! And I’ve been trying your recipes and I actually am seeing an improvement in my weight!! So I want to thank you for changing my life! And definitely for always posting amazing recipes!     Coffee Date smoothie is the best one! I used fresh coffee instead of water and added a tsp of brown sugar to make it slightly sweeter.

    I want to lose weight but all my family buys is junk food and I asked my mom to buy healthy stuff so I can diet and she no cause she thinks I won't stick with it🙁🖓

      rayray2018 here’s a tip! (One of my rly good friends struggled with the same exact issue!) what can help is obviously exercising (I’m sure u do considering ur final goal) but tell ur mom/parents “I want to live a healthy lifestyle! And because u don’t it is preventing me from being happy with my body! So what if I don’t stick with my diet doesn’t healthy eating still matter! I want to go on a diet, if u don’t care that I’m self conscious about my body then ur not exactly being such a great mom.” My friend said something like that. Even though your mom may find it rude, it will still probably work and show her what she is doing wrong. I hope this helps and I hope u get back to me! Good luck! Xo

      I think if you really want to eat healthy than you have to make sure that you go with your mom to the he supermarket and buy the healthy food yourself for the first few months to insure her that you are serious than overtime she’ll make sure that you don’t do junk or unhealthy food and buy your health you food for you

      We can’t choose our family I’m afraid. If they won’t help you then the only thing you can do is exercise as much as you can and drink lots of water.
      There are exercises you can do by yourself. When your parents are out, run up the stairs about 20 times (walk back down, don’t run) and do 5 push-ups and 5 sit-ups every night until you can do then easily. Then push yourself and see how many you can do.
      Keep that drive to improve yourself and don’t ever let anybody kill that in you. Once you’re old enough to get out on your own, that drive will help make you everything you want to be.

    To anyone who doesn’t have chia seeds, I don’t have them either so I just skipped them and the smoothie still tasted amazing, my favorite is defineatly the favorite berry one thank you! These are so delicious! 💕😋

    Guys! The coffee date smoothie is ridiculously incredible. A couple minor differences in the one I made: I used Oat Milk and hot brewed coffee instead of instant coffee. (Just add more ice) I'm obsessed!

    I got excited when I saw the straw cause I thought it was a reusable metal straw. I have a pack that I got for cheap on Amazon and it has different sizes and some are curves and some are straight. They’re stainless steel and I love them. No waste, yay!

    I like the peanut butter smoothie a lot. I didn't have dates so I used a banana instead, added 1/3 c. plain yogurt, and 1/2 c. almond milk instead of water. Also added 1/3 c. oat flour I had leftover from the pancake recipe. 👍

    I wanted to make a smoothie but didn’t have any of my usual milk so I improvised, and it tastes rlly good(great substitute for milkshakes actually
    -one banana
    -vanilla yogurt
    -cinnamon (makes a difference)
    Peanut butter
    Chocolate oat milk (or regular milk, wich is wat I usually use)

    i tried the berry smoothie and the chocolate pb I didn't really like it but it was probably because I either didn't use an ingreadient or I used a substitute... but thanks for giving my something new to try! :)

    - 2 bananas
    - 2tbs pb
    - cinnamon 1/4 tsp
    - milk
    7 berry chia:
    - 1 cup strawberry slices
    - half aflvacado
    Chia seeds
    Vanilla

    Green avocado smoothie
    - what you will need
    Blender
    Avocados
    Syrup
    Food coloring ( optional )
    Roasted oats
    Ice
    Milk
    Put the Oats in the blender first then put everything else in put the avocado in second though food coloring is optional just to make it look more green! Don't blend ice all the way through trust me it's so good
    234 cal!

    My smoothie recipe ✨
    Banana
    Kale
    Milk or water up to you
    Any Chocolate powder
    And ice
    That’s all it tastes AMAZING THO

      I make one like that with spinach and kale. With almond milk it's better to me.

    OMG IF U ADD SOME AVOCADO TO THE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE ITS AMAZING. also I added u sweetened unsweetened soy milk instead of almond milk and it was really good.

    I just made the coffee smoothie and substituted with frozen nonfat vanilla yogurt and espresso so good (I also skipped the butters)
