maybe a pro welding shop? I ground off side cases and had those fixed . a possible non welding fix would be to get some threads in that oil passage way and block it with hollowed out bolt to allow oil flow still , may have to remove material also before the tap attempt. Wondering if oil has to be there at all ? welder would charge less then the $500+ engine.

I had not thought about that. I do not have any idea why oil flows there not really seeing a purpose for it but anyway. I have had this bike less than a year so I still had engine warranty on the bike. So I contacted the dealer shipped the engine back to them in Texas and the replaced the entire half of the block. Still had to pay for the labor on fixing but didnt have to pay for parts still cheaper than a new engine. But If this does happen again I will give that a try definitely. Thanks for watching and thanks for the advice. Will give that a try if I have this issue again!!

Was that the bigger 17tooth upgraded sprocket?

Yes it was. I had to cut that sproket cover for the 17 tooth sproket to fit.

@@vacountryboylifestyle5097 I've got a 17 tooth and it fit fine, it was tight but that's it..... I'm confused why people keep saying that to cut something to make it fit...., Granted this is a tbr7 not tbr7d, the engine looks exactly the same though so I don't think that's a problem
